Everything was great except the boarding experience. After the check in, they "packed us" in a small area, very hot there. It would be nice to be aware of this, I'd wait on the outside area
Fly Dubai takes low cost and thrift to new depths in terms of service levels, terminal 2 is grossly inadequate for capacity and resembles a crowded buss or railway station,, the fly dubai( Emirates) flight is never on time(was 2.5 hrs delayed), and this is not an isolated experience, the flght air conditioning was turned low while we waited on the tarmac for take clearance to save fuel, should say more!!!! The depths! I only fly this airline from a compulsion, emirates code shares for connections to Muscat
Great flight - Clubhouse met our needs, and the staff provided good service. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but given the size of the aircraft, it's always going to be challenging. Whilst the crew were friendly, the number of passengers meant that we received our breakfast items, but had finished breakfast before we were served a drink. Lunch was much better organised, and throughout the flight, the crew were attentive. Found the seats and ICE to be excellent. Disembarkation was fine, and everything possible to expedite the process was being done.

We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.
Flight good but it was 30min late taking off. Also don’t like landing then being loaded on bus and driven around the airport like it’s a sightseeing tour.

The Qatar Airways staff pre-boarding and also on the flight from Dallas to Doha were incredibly mediocre and arrogant. Consider retraining these individuals Other flights were ok.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Just snacks, could have more options.boarding was good. Everything else was good. We had a very bad experience with Qatar airways. We were deplaned a few minutes after boarding the flight. Had to wait 8 hours at the airport for the next replacement aircraft to take off. Had a harrowing experience. Were offered coupons for a small meal at the airport. Uncertainty caused a lot of stress and I got a cold and flu like symptoms.
Seats were not comfortable and touch free remote wasn’t working.
Cabin crew The only issue was that there was no space for our carry on luggage near our seats We had to put our luggage in a different wing And when I went to collect it, none of the crew knew where they placed our luggage

The whole flight the service and how easy everything was to get to our destination. The only frustrating aspect was the fact that we could not check in early consequently on our connecting flight we were not sitting together.
Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work
Boarding on a heavy rain outside new airport with bridges.
Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.
It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!
We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.

The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline
We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.

Boarding was much delayed, and there was no explanation ( obviously they were waiting for something or someone. ) Passengers were all crowded at the gate with anxiety. On the plane, the crew worked very hard on checking for safety and serving delicious food. They were polite and courteous.
I found the food to be surprisingly tasty. Loved the larger blanket and foot rests made a huge difference on overall comfort. The service was very efficient (but not very friendly:).

If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
Flight was cancelled. Kayak agents were not helpful at all to rebook flights. Worst experience in customer service. Kayak did not even informed me about the flight cancellation. I only came to know after reaching the airport. Horrible experience
