Great staff/service on board. Check-in/boarding staff are very good, but overall supervision of their passenger intake processes needs attention.

The entire experience in Turkish business class was superb. From the friendly greetings including the chef, to the polite and classy service, all was wonderful. The in flight entertainment is one of the best. The food was the best I’ve had inflight.

Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.

Flight was late but loading plane was much easier in Istanbul than athens. Food was so-so and choice was limited. Flight attendants were extremely courteous and helpful; however, it was difficult to get attention during night time service. Overall good experience and the price was right

A lot of snacks and provided on request by traveller. Preferred meals which were on their menu were not always sufficient for those who wanted them. We were told 2 different items and offer which we asked for were not offered initially. We rejected the 3rd item given as a substitute for our initial choices which we didn't want and so we didn't accept it. Eventually our initial choice was offered. During service of coffee and tea, the crew member didn't offer us and moved back. Luckily neither of us wanted tea at that time. Crew members must avoid behavior that may be suggestive of discrimination

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

The connecting flight experience was okay. Flight crew's service were great upon settling. However, it wasn't the same as previous flight. Flight crew were okay - friendly, however, not as accommodating.
