Check in was awful.., Desks gone….it was a cheap chaotic environment not the usual seated staff member not there….instead a staff little platform…(staff were good) the whole thing reeked of cheap penny pinching- underwhelmed

I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

Qantas get you there, but expect them to always act in their interest over yours. On this flight basic stuff went to plan, but their promised in flight entertainment wasn't functional. Bit of an old and tired plane.

Small twin prop plane. Basic flight. Food was half a chicken & pesto sandwich. As the flight departed after 12pm alcohol was available. No on board entertainment. No wifi services.

I liked the refreshments as the flight was short and the free WiFi. The seats were comfortable.

Excellent as always, I won't fly to Australia, and back to the US on any other airline. The flight crew is always top notch, and have a way to make one feel extra special. Thank you for your service, I would rate Qantas Airways a 10+.

Terrible. 6 hour delay with no explanations and only 15 dollars in food credits. A disaster. I'll just leave it at that.

It was so hot on the plane mixed with being quite turbulent and a rough landing. We all felt very nauseous for hours afterwards. Crew were lovely though.

All things were below standard. There were 2 crew on the flights but didn't ask for water. The flight connection was poor for 4 hours.

I have nerve pain in my hands lasting multiple days so far because of the hard armrests digging into nerves at my elbows. Will have to buy elbow pads before the next time I fly. I hope the pain and numbness fade soon, or I'll need to consult a doctor. Otherwise the flight was fine.

The flight never took off due to sudden mechanical issues. The rebooking was to s lessor class than what I had paid for. Thus is the second time AC has done this so a bad trend. Happy the decision not to fly was made in the interest of passenger safety ( kudos to the captain) but the way in which AC handled the decision was very poor.

When I booked the ticket it said that it was ANA and once I paid it changed to air Canada.

last minute flight cancellation. wound up flying saskatoon vancouver seattle cleveland. all night. no more air canada.

Everything was smooth. Just a bit of confusion with our carryon we were asked to check. We had to go through security twice

Boarding was delayed 50 minutes. The flight going to Chicago was canceled, causing lots of problems and causing me to rebook and miss an event. I was traveling with a colleague, and he was unable to get on the same flight after 40 minutes on the phone, which meant I had to wait for him after my arrival. My flight down was delayed an hour before take off, had to sit on the plane, then 30 minutes after landing to get to a gate. No real food, only juice/ water offered for the 3.5 hours on the plane. Not a good experience.

Not having to pay to sit together. Seat cushions were worn out and breaking down sitting on metal framing, knees jammed against seat in front of me. Not a comfortable flight.

Very disappointed with cancellation, then rebooking with booked friends bumped off & then a delay of over 6 hours!! Totally disappointing & all the anxiety it caused was unacceptable. $15 food voucher to compensate is a joke!
