Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Pros: "Arriving at Perth is always a hassle with delayed baggage unloading. Can Emirates engage their own staff to expedite this activity. The Perth baggage handlers are too slow, particularly when on penalty rates on Sundays."

Pros: "Was upgraded to 1st class which was amazing - the only thing I didn't like was it was a night flight and not long enough to enjoy it for longer!"

Pros: "Attentive crew (Busines cabin was near empty). Highlights the deficit caused by large occupancy A380 Business cabin. A380 business cabin has been economy classed to within an inch of its life, too few crew and those that are on duty disorganised and stressed. 777 crew ratio was 3 crew to 1 pax :)"
Cons: "Engine noise. Boarding in Dubai was a farce as called to gate even though aircraft was severely delayed inbound. Surly lounge staff didn’t help. Business Class gate desk ‘closed’ even though staffed as person was busy on the phone. Weird 2 - 3 - 2 layout means window and centre seats have to clamber over reclined neighbours. Seat width better than A380 and also less tomb like when reclined to nearly flat bed."

Cons: "I checked in online, but when I went to drop my bags there was about a 20 min delay. the agent needed to make 2 phone calls and conference with 2 supervisors. All this without letting me know what was going on."

Cons: "The crew was OK, some of them where a little "grumpy" There was no WiFi on the plane (not even paid, although I asked again and again). The excuse was that the plane was new and they did not have the time to install WiFi..... the bad thing is that I was counting on the paid version to keep up with work (as I did on the other flight) but was unable and there was not prior notification on that."

Cons: "Something was wrong with the boarding process. Not sure what, but we were pacing on the jetway to the plane for 30 minutes or so. People were so eager to get on, but for some reason, they asked people to board in specific sections, when they weren't ready, or the people needing extra time had not gotten settled yet."
