Seat electronics kept failing (as in absolutely nothing worked) - crew re-set it multiple, but didn’t move me until finally three quarters of the way into the flight - abysmal. Entertainment options are plentiful, but a number of expected movies were missing (did an SQ flight 3 days later and expected titles were on SQ) - does Qatar sensor what they show?
Air hostess crew was not around much to collect trash. They skipped me a few times on coffee and water. One time I was not give my drink, (sparkling wine) until I was done with my meal. I have no idea why I could not have received it on time. The flight was fine but the crew was rare to be seen except for food service.

Pros: "Out flight was not crowded so after take off we could take up all three seats. That was cool for a little nap. Crew was good. Everything was good."

One of the crew didn’t say anything, not even smile after she opened the curtain between bussiness and economy class at row J K L. She just walked away."

Cons: "The boarding in Rio de Janeiro was great, the land crew was very helpful. In Lima it was below par, the crew was not helpful at all, and no warnings or communications to when to board. Had to wait an hour inside the plane for some sort of maintenance."

Cons: "The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much."

Cons: "I have flown LATAM several times recently, and ALL the planes are old. They are showing their age. For the prices LATAM charges, they should modernize their dated planes. Also, the food leaves much to be desired"

We were delayed due to technical fault but captain kept us informed and did his best to make up time. Service by cabin crew was adequate, food was pretty poor, seats were cramped and uncomfortable. We fly BA nearly every year and we notice standards dropping generally. That’s a pity for our national carrier! However, florida is our first choice for holidays and we will be back!!!!
LAX to London was great. Spacious, nice crew, food was only okay. But you have to pay for WiFi on a 10 hour flight?! No thank you. Overall pretty good but room for improvement. And then on the flight to Nice the crew and boarding and flight was all good, except I fly frequently and those might have been the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in! Even reclined they were vertical and it was very uncomfortable. No one likes flying with their ears over their knees. It was so bad I am going to steer people away from this airline. I recommend figuring your seats out before everyone heads elsewhere.
Once we got on the flight everything was fine. The first leg of our flight was delayed 3 times but American sent us emails allowing us to chose a new itinerary.
Pros: "The price of the flight was competitive which is why we went with American. The aircraft was clean and crew aboard the aircraft were by by courteous and professional."
Cons: "American Airlines changed our flight times drastically which caused us to have to rearrange our travel plans. The boarding process at St Croix was terribly unorganized and inefficient. The airplane was hot and stuffy with little airflow. They don’t offer any beverages to customers other than first class passengers citing COVID issues. There is no risk if COVID spread through giving each passenger a soda. It is incredibly unfair that first class passengers are served both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in cups but other passengers are not."
Cons: "Not telling us we would be arriving 30 min early and then getting in 30 min later than scheduled AND Having priority baggage actually be a priority"
Cons: "American isn’t my preferred airline for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously bad service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like WiFi and tv’s), but now I’ll never spend my money with them again. They took me off an already delayed flight after I’d already boarded to examine my smart bag. I know that lithium batteries can’t be taken in the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would likely be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and left it at home in the first place). When they asked me if I had a lithium battery in my bag I said “no.” They then gate checked the bag and allowed me on the plane. After everyone had been boarded (half an hour after we’d been scheduled to take off) they then called my name out on the speaker. I had to then de-board the plane and re-explain to staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn’t believe me citing the infallible logic: “there are ports so there’s a battery.” I told them again and again that the battery had been removed and the charging ports—while there—were inert as they weren’t attached to the battery. STILL, I had to remove all of my clothes from the bag, and open every single compartment (of which there were many) for them to allow me to get back onto the plane. They were telling me that they might have to “rebook the flight” if my bag couldn’t get on. I don’t think I need to explain how agitated/terrified that made me."

Cons: "The crew was ok but missed picking up trash from several travelers near me so they had to keep their trash in hand or with the tray still down for landing! The seats were terribly uncomfortable. There were no amenities (power/wi-fi/entertainment), they ran out of food options."

Cons: "The female flight attendant in business had a serious attitude problem! She made us feel that she was doing us a favor! My wife never received her coffee or her silverware. I had to ask the male flight attendant who was very courteous."
The crew had to deal with a hostile customer who would refuse to allow the passenger in front of her recline her seat. I thought the situation was well handled by the crew involved and it ended up being a smooth flight
Pros: "Your willingness to proceed with flying into a pandemic zone with total travel lockdown."
Cons: "allowing travelers that have been advised not to travel to Europe to either change or refund their flights. Your system for this is a bureaucratic nightmare, and the responsible thing to do in a time of crisis is allow people to make the right decision to stay in place. I am done using your service."
Pros: "We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back."
Cons: "The gate attendant was a little snarky; shirt with an older passenger. The snacks were just okay; almonds would be good, or kind bars."
Pros: "Customer service was good, I also liked the text updates."
Cons: "I really dislike that the make you check your carry on now. Most airlines let you take your carry on so I’m used to that. It also originally said $25 but at the check in it was $30. Plus I prefer not to check in my bag because it is faster, but since I did I had to stay at the airport an extra hour."

Cons: "Be honest when bags are not routed correctly after assuring passenger twice that bags will be at the same airport they were re-routed too. Do not ask passengers for a bag delivery fee when the mistake was United's. Keep passengers informed of delayed flight and keep inconvenience to a minimum."
Cons: "Disappointed that the flight was United. I thought I booked for Lufthansa & therefore expecting to fly Lufthansa. Crew not as friendly. Food not up to par compared to Asian airlines for international flights. Cheese sandwich for lunch? My TV monitor wouldn’t readily reset."
Cons: "WiFi wouldn’t process and no outlet’s for power. These work as standard on delta or JetBlue"
Cons: "I wasn’t able to take the flight due to illness. Called Just Fly and airline for help - was on hold for hours. Both refused to help me. I am now out of pocket over $700. Appalling customer service by both airline and agent. Planning to report to the Better Business Bureau and travel authorities."
Pros: "Boarding process was smooth."
Cons: "The space between seats was very uncomfortable. I have never felt so crowded in a plane seat and would reconsider United in the future for that reason."
