The crew did not really interact with me which was no problem as I was fine. I did see that they were somewhat short with some passengers but that was not common. Just in general, they did not seem friendly - no requirement to be so but I am used to a friendly crew on most flights. The food was just ok but with a flight that large, I would think it hard to make something more elaborate.

The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.

The flight was booked on British Airways but operated by American Airlines. When I went to check in at the BA counter I was told I needed to check in at the American counter. That wasn't a problem but it would have been nice to know and save a bit of time on the very long American check-in lines.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.

Not that great. There were no entertainment screens, internet, or any way to track the flight path. The seats were fixed in order not to recline at all. The crew and the staff at the check-in counters were the only nice thing.

I liked having access to all the Harry Potter movies and the food was good. The staff was also excellent. The pillows and blankets could’ve been better as mine had stains when I arrived

An hour to check-in because they were not organizing the counter personnel well; they lost my baggage and after 48 hours they so not pick the phone, answer emails, and I still do not know how to claim my essentials (its purposely not their on their "help" page).

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

Expected a lot better service paying for a business class seat. Seemed to be short on staff and did not get the service I expected.
