It was ok. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and then again on arrival. The explanation given felt feeble.

Very old aircraft. Seat 15 A & B personal light not working, foot rest broken in 15 A , reclining push buttons required two people to do it. Overall experience was below standard. The same food was served both the times. No snacks in the ally, drink choices very limited. It felt like it was the year 2000. The crew unfriendly, hospitality 4/10.

Terrible, We experienced massive delays and then couldn’t book a hotel through the link provided, nothing was available. We then went to the airport the next day and experienced further delays, almost no communication was given. We had dinner at lunchtime and breakfast at midnight. We then landed in Jhb at 1am and had to book another hotel as our flight to durban was at 8am. The experience was painful and very expensive.

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

Checking in process could use streamlining when it comes to all info required.not bad tho

Push back is not working when I complaint a male staff he told me that most of the seats are like that so we can’t do anything

The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

The airplane was old. Some things didn’t work out of middle seat was broken. The rest was OK.

The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.
