Enjoyed it very much, excellent aircraft, excellent flight attendants. I will be happy to fly Emirates Air again.

Toilets could be serviced more frequently. They ran out of toilet paper.

Seat did not recline at all, wi-FI did not work at all. Those are both very unfortunate for a 14 hour flight. Crew and food was of course very nice as always.

Chaos at the gate while boarding - no clear signs or announcements

This777-300 is configured 2/3/2 for Biz class straight out of the 80s!!! Not to mention seats are narrow, bed does NOT FULLY RECLINE FLAT as advertised, and purser didn’t know that!! ARM REST HAS A REMOTE TABLET ON IT FURTHER CONFINING THE ALREADY NARROW SPACE!!! WHO thought this was a good design?? After flying the new A350-900 biz class Montreal to Dubai , this was a total let down!!

Food was great. More vegetarian options on menu would be great!

Flight attendants were great. Comfort of seat and lie down bed pretty good. Food was very mediocre. Wine was good (red French wine) although I should have taken advantage of having more! :-) it was too late on the flight From znz—I was tired…then too early from Dubai. Woman sitting behind me dropped a full bag of garbage on my head while I was sleeping…orange peels, wet partially eaten food and very smelly food garbage which I literally had to pick out of my hair, off my face and away from my pillow. Not the airlines fault but still a very unpleasant experience.

I bought Business class ticket but they treated me like economic class. No lounge allowed at check inn I have to take stuff out while other passengers have more than 25 lb in bag. Because I bought tickets from other than airlines . It’s discriminations from airlines to passengers.

Flight attendant Catalina was one of best ever. Paid attention to every detail. Food was good. Comfortable private seats in business class. We were not allowed in business class lounge in Dubai because our ticket supposedly didn’t cover this. They said our travel agent should of told us that. That has never happened on any other airline before. Beware of this especially if you have a long layover like we did.

Better information about the delay due to screening for US

Again the lounge boarding process were the only flaws. I was sitting comfortably in the overcrowded , under-catered business lounge at IST and got a notification in my phone that boarding had started. I rushed to the gate only to stand there an additional 5 minutes before boarding actually began. I could have enjoyed additional time in the lounge. At least they clearly separated business and economy classes in the boarding area so it wasn’t a total mob scene.

The boarding process was a disaster. I was comfortably seated in the lounge at Athens when I got a notice the flight was boarding so I rushed to the gate. When I arrived, it was NOT boarding and we waited an additional 10 minutes before boarding started. There were no announcements regarding the order in which passengers should board and it was a bums’ rush. A total mess.

Turkish Airlines changed our business class seats at the last minute and said it was a computer glitch. No other airlines has had this glitch. The steak was like leather and nobody could eat it. The boarding process was extremely slow and we had to stand and wait in line for over an hour in EWR and almost as long in IST. Again while coming back our seats were changed from row 3 to row 6 for no reason. The food was a lot better from IST to EWR. The service was poor from EWR to IST and good coming back.

The quality of Turkish Airlines has definitely diminished. The planes are older and the 2x2x2 business class is antiquated and not in keeping with the prices. The food onboard is not as good as it used to be. Cold dishes, flavor not very good and weird selections and accompaniments. Our flight ran out of champagne before dinner. How is that even possible! Cocktails were served without Nuys. The nuts were presented 1/2 hour later. Poor selection of liquor with inferior cheap brands. Gordons gin is unacceptable. Over all I wouldn't choose them again. The end of an era!

Very good. Boarding was delayed with no explanation. TA needs to use jetways vs bus and climb up stairs.

Everything was good except for the seating arrangements. We could not get seats to be seated together with my wife. We’re unfortunately.

Flt staff again awesome, food was again outstanding, entertainment options, great space roomy and relaxing

My first time in business class The in flt staff was outstanding in every aspect of service, the food was amazing, the business seat space made the 11 hour journey easy peazy

It was good, but always can be better. The airplane was old.

I always travel on Turkish Airlines but seriously I am I am considering to change because this is not the first time that the flight attendant are rude and they dont help. I asked for cold water with ice 5 times and I got water with no ice and this is not the first time to ask for something and you dont get it. Also I noticed this behavior only towards people who are not turkish.
