Cons: "American airlines oversold and that caused us to start late. The seats are too small for 2 adults to sit next to each other. 1/2 the people wore masks. when we arrived we sat on the taxiway for an hour"

The seats are so darn tight that the people next to me didn’t fit and I had to sit at a angle for 5 hours. What is dissatisfying is that airlines will continue to treat customers without compassion. We pay for a service and should not be yelled at when you over sell a flight and demand people to check in carry on bags."

Overall, this is the weakest Business Class experience of recent memory especially for a newer wide-body aircraft."

Cons: "When I buy an apple computer and pay apple prices, I don't expect to open up the box and find a PC in there. When I bought tickets with Air Canada, I expected to fly with Air Canada, not United. I don't know how it's even legal for you to sell me one thing, have me pay for it, and then give me another. My experiences with Air Canada have been fine. My experience with United was terrible. Their check in devices freeze and don't give proper instructions or feedback, and my tray table was taped shut because it was broken. The tape looked like it was a year old. It is not ok to fix an airplane with tape. This is terrible for both of us. Now you - Air Canada - are sharing in United's PR disaster because you've effectively said buying tickets from you might just be a bait-and-switch for buying tickets with them. Upon purchasing tickets "your" customers have no way of knowing what they're going to get. I'd much rather book with an airline that sells tickets for its own flights, or at least tells customers when they're buying something else instead of lying to them."

Customer service agent, Theresa, at the United gate was more interested in checking her cell phone text messages & handing out $10 food vouchers than the long of people who have conflicts with connecting flights or missing events in the destination they were flying to. Every minute lost could prevent customers from obtaining another immediate or comparable flight to their destination. Customer service agent sent those who were going to have problems with their connecting flights to the United Airlines service desk, of which, there were no customer service agents at any of the four available stations. I waited 10 minutes for an agent & no one arrived. When I went back to the original line I was standing in, I was forced to go to the back of the line rather than the place I was originally standing. Therefore I waited in line an additional 20-30 minutes. Once I was served they did not have any more seats available on direct flights to Melbourne. They wanted me to fly to NY, then Sydney & then Melbourne. Additionally the customer service agent did not seem confident this flight was not going to have any hiccups. Worst of all, I had been planning this trip for months & it was ruined by United Airlines."

Cons: "Free in-flight entertainment should be offered on all flights of 2+ hours through the United app. Had a family with young kids next to me who would have benefited from it (I saw the father trying to connect to it through the app), and overall it would make the flight a much more pleasant experience. After boarding a full hour later than what was originally said, it would have been nice to kick back with a movie for the flight."

I understand that could happen but how she spoke this guy was absolutely rude and she did say " that's not my fault! That's your fault!!" And slam the door ... When we asked her for adding miles , she did as complaining " I am here for the flight to Ommaha ." Even though she was not , she is working for United airlines , isn't it her job ??? She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

Cons: "All the people in my group got our seats changed at the last minute due to an "aircraft change". It was the same configuration of seats, so why did we all get moved around? My group got broken up and one person got stuck all the way at the back near the bathrooms - both ways!!"

I do know that in their world things like this happen, but in the customer's world, things like this can really mess up someone's day, so simple periodic updates as well as one genuine apology for the inconvenience would have made things a whole lot better."
