Pros: "I have tall family members and they had enough legroom even at the back of the plane. Service was excellent. Snacks and drinks were regular on offer even between meal. Very nice, professional staff even after 13 hours of flight. Just excellent. Thank you for this very pleasant experience. Will definitely fly Singapore Airlines again."
Cons: "There is room for improvement with the special meals. The non gluten brun was very hard. In general it would be nice if passengers could pre-order from a set selection of foods online what they would like on their tray. This would hopefully lower the amount of food that sadly goes to waste. Also it would be nice to have gluten free snacks on board. Flying with celiac disease is not easy."

Cons: "Crew was very poor in responding to any requests. I am usually very quite and light on demands as i hardly hit call button on the seat to get any assistance, but during meal, I was asked about drink and I opted for Ginger ale. Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service."

She radioed my #s in. Then told me it's still in Melbourne . A security issue. Now I'm about to miss my conecting flight. Don't worry you can catch the next one. At night, it's 8 am. Then only to find out I'm to go from terminal 1 to 3. Had 10 min. together there and go threw customs. Ran with injured knee."

Cons: "Our first flight to LAX was delayed by 7 hours so we spent the day in Sydney airport, spending more money on meals that hadn’t been planned. Because of the delay, we missed our connecting flight from LAX to JFK. The flight we were re-booked on was also delayed for mechanical/paperwork issues so we arrived back home in NYC 8 hours later than originally scheduled. This caused us to spend more money on a taxi since it was too late to take public transportation. it also made it difficult to settle back in at home because both my husband and I had to get up early for work the next day and we missed several hours of unpacking and cooking time we would have had had our flight not been delayed."

I was grabbing it so they could clear everything else but they took it as me trying to hand it to them. Both times I told them I was still drinking that and they disregarded it and threw it in the trash without hesitation. It's like they were robots on autopilot. Also, the male attendant in my row would always bump me pretty severely with his bum while grabbing things from the cart."

Once we got to the airport, I was told that I should have known better & checked in 24 hours prior. initially, the agent said that all seats are appropriated randomly. At the gate, I'm told different. I had to fight tooth & nail to get a seat next to my wife (who often gets airsick). It didn't feel good to have to argue & make a scene to accomplish this."

Cons: "This was actually promoted on the site as an emirates ticket and only after id purchased it did i figure out that it was actually for Emirates Airways sister airline Qantas Airways! I tried to change my dates after I bought it and dealing with Flight network -where i bought it from - was a nightmare!! I wouldnt recomment this at all."

Pros: "I paid for an extra legroom seat - really makes a difference to getting some sleep on the two overnight legs of QF2, but you might want to bring your own blindfold and slippersocks as these are not provided in Economy."
Cons: "Gluten-free food in particular needn't be milk/lactose or meat free, and needn't be based around those gluten-free breads (Qantas GF bread was better than some others but still not great). There are good gluten free noodles, and most of the NORMAL meals would be find as long as gratuitous adding of wheat products to sauces was avoided (there is no excuse for soysauce or cornflour containing gluten - wheat and flour are additives that should not be present in ANY product that isn't specifically a wheat product). If the Asian meals, curry and rice, etc. were made with care they would be GF and many (Australian) restaurants offer GF variants of their meals. Still don't understand why they didn't give me real butter or real milk... Should have announced explicitly that we needed to pick up and clear and recheck baggage (on same tag) before our domestic flight."
