It was great, but returning home was bad
Rude and disrespectful
Condescending staff, lackadaisical crew, pitiful excuses of why we were delayed.
What to like with AA?
Delayed by 2:38 hours at Chicago due to aircaft repair. Total layover 8:38 hours.
I like that I made it home alive.
Everything about Departing and arriving was a Poor experience. I might not be using this particular airline again. 4 Airlines now on my list of do not use.
The ride was smooth and schedule Is on time.
Staff was patient with those not paying attn. Coffee was actually hot.
Food was awful, even for being free. Check in was Disorganized, chaotic, and difficult to follow as NO signs. No FREE entertainment for 9 hour flight.
Crew was excellent. Flight was on time.
Card only payment for snacks was rough because I lost my credit card at the airport before boarding flight. On a 10+ hour flight it was really difficult.
Everything except the entertainment
All movie's ar $8.....way to high and there are no packages to watch two or three or four for one price. Same for the radio.
The staff is friendly and well presented. The aircraft is clean and you get plenty of little freebies like snacks, pillow, and blanket. They provide complimentary meals as well. I’m sure it’s incorporated into the price of the ticket but for coach, the airline does not nickel and dime you. The pricing is on par with all the other airlines but the service and amenities without adding on extra fees make it my airline of choice for flying to Hawaii. You have the option to purchase additional things like snacks and alcohol but you do not have to in order to make it through the flight. Hawaiian Airlines provides everything to make the experience enjoyable. My wife and I have flown on Hawaiian Airlines many times and have never had a bad experience. I would consider them the gold standard in relation to the price of a coach ticket.
It’s a really long flight from the East Coast of the United States to Hawaii. It’s a shame to live so far from one of your favorite places on earth.
The screen didn’t change in time
Why use old planes for such a long flight? Toilet overflowed, poor quality tv, and only peanuts?
Didn’t get our beverage and snack till we were almost ready to land at Charlotte
Didn’t like the fact that online check in didn’t work on the Delta app.di
Seats more comfortable, plan wasn’t too full
No charging port for cellphone.
