We were delayed. We spent more time waiting on the plane than actually flying (it’s only a 37 minute flight). Other than that, it was fine.

Only offered water, no snacks provided, and it was cold on the plane, everyone was wearing sweatshirt or jacket in June. I asked for blanket, but crew said they didnt have anything and would turn the heat up, that didn't happen, so for 6 hours I remained cold.

Flight from New Orleans to Seattle to Anchorage was delayed for 3 hours My flight from Seattle to Anchorage was not rescheduled. I had to call the airlines to tell them to get a flight from Seattle to Anchorage they finally got me a flight If I hadn’t been aware of this problem I don’t know how long I would of waited in Seattle to get a flight to Anchorage!!!!!! Return trip from Anchorage to New Orleans in Seattle to New Orleans I was at the right gate when I realized something was wrong they had changed the gate without notifying the change l finally made it on time with minutes to spare & exhausted

I was at risk of not getting on the flight, as when I presented my boarding pass at the gate, it showed me as not having checked in. I was sent to the desk as the last of the other passengers boarded. The agent there said he could see that I had done all of my part and allowed times recommended, but it showed me as not checked in and he couldn't figure out how to correct it. He actually asked them to hold the flight as he struggled with it. He called for support, someone corrected it, and he printed boarding passes for both flights to reduce further issues. I did get on, and needed to ask someone to exit my seat.

Eddie, our flight attendant in the back was excellent. He was very kind and concerned for our happiness and comfort before and during our flight. He made the experience great. We had to deplane due to a ground delay and he made sure we had snacks and water to keep us comfortable while we waited. Overall, it was a great experience!

I liked the food. The WiFi was out and the flight was late.

Flight was delayed which caused us to have to change our connecting flight. Grilled cheese sandwich was served very hot.

I was so cold. I am so glad I brought a short sleeve shirt and a long sleeve shirt and a jacket. Also knee high socks and slippers

We were late so that was what was worst part

I booked on Hawaiian and was bumped to an American airline flight in a different terminal. I was traveling with my two kids and told to take an air train to check my baggage in. We were given the last three seats in front of the toilet. Never flying Hawaiian again. Totally unreliable.

Good except that I couldn’t change seat and made me wait untill I checked in

I was booked thru Hawaiian Airlines (HA) on Kayak in February. I got 2 confirmation emails from Hawaiian Airlines in February. Even though the flight ticket informed me the flight was marketed thru HA and operated by Alaska Airlines (AA), I was never given any confirmation codes or anything from Kayak or AA to check into my flight online ahead of time. They also couldn't find the HA flight number I was given on their website and was told my flight did not exist unless I searched thru the AA website for flight details that was similar to the info HA gave me. The only way to check into my flight and make sure the flight still existed required me to get there 4 hours early. When I arrived at the airport, HA desk told me to go to AA desk. First AA desk redirected me to another desk, second AA desk told me to find someone with an iPad, and finally the iPad rep was able to help me. I also had to chat with AA reps online the night previous to my return trip because the same issue occurred.

Traveling with my 90 year old mother, the boarding process was great, the gate crew was very helpful and friendly. One of the flight attendants was kind enough to assist her to and from the restroom mid-flight and cater to any requests she had. I wish I flew Hawaiian Airlines more often, it was a great trip!

The fact that I made my reservation with Hawaiian and then flew on Alaska really messed up my trip. From SeaTac to Omaha was awful, including having to rebook my flight for hours later because of not knowing I had to go to the Alaska check-in, thus losing time. Then I was back and forth across the airport because of gate changes that I found out about only during the final hour of a looooong day at the airport. Also, because of your system, I couldn't check in online ahead of time, either with Hawaiian or with Alaska. I feel like I never want to fly with either of you again. PS. I am almost 80 years old, have flown plenty, but do not have the stamina of a 30 year old. My phone told me I had to walk 11,000+ steps in SeaTac on the way out. It took me two days to recover when I finally got to Omaha.

No unruly passengers, started on time, easy transition to next flight.

Alaska airline sis usually great. However flying nowadays is so stressful and feels more like an interrogation rather than a fun part of the vacation experience. From the TSA to the cramped seating it feels like i am entering a concentration camp having my picture taken via TSA and being forced to have my body scanned. Then we are forced to sit in beyond cramped conditions where our knees are crushed into the back of the seat in front of us with almost no movement possible constantly being reminded to put our seats forward when we want to alleviate the horrendous pain of our knees being shoved into hard plastic. My knees looked like i had kneeled on gravel for 2 days straight after flying for a total of 14 hours for my roundtrip. I keep hearing from our elders about the jopys of flying in the 70s and 80s but now it feels like the joy has been removed as a means of acquiring more financial gain by the airlines. Not to mention that my flight via hawaiin airlines was delayed so long that i had to miss my connecting flight which then forced me to miss another day of work and the only recourse i had was a wonderful conversation with a lady via Alaskan Airlines when she got me a new flight the next day due to the delay. She was very pleasant and helpful. She got me onto a nother flight the following day but when i have to travel 2 hours from springfield Illinois to st louis it was a huge hassle having the delay in the first place. Not even the tiniest bit of compensation was offered either. Not a voucher, not a free meal, not a slightly better seat, just a reschedule when in no way was the delay or the missing of the connecting flight my fault. I want to reiterate that Alaska Airlines is really one of the best airlines overall. I fully understand they dont control the TSA, but it does effect the overall experience when TSA is making it feel like we are going through a re-education camp with rather strange videos playing on the walls the entire way through Security. With that said, Alaska should take cosnideration from years of past and make the flying experience fun again. I understand profit is important, but if just ONE airline made flying like it used to be 40 years ago and stopped making it such a money-driven experience, then i, along with many others would choose to fly more often. We see the smaller soda cans and we laugh, we see the tiny snacks and scoff, we see the ridiculous wifi costs and choose to not pay for it because we download our own prior to flying. Why not get everyone to use the wifi by making it like 2 bucks rather than 8 bucks? Make a much larger first class area with slightly lower costs so it doesn't feel like we are mere peons boarding a cattle car? Create some more leg room and watch how fast people are clamoring for your airline over others. Not one airline is actually catering to the general public, if they did, they would see so many people seeking out their airlines above all others and it is just that simple.

If I knew I would be on Alaska Airlines flying back, I never would have bought the ticket. My flight kept getting delayed and Alaska always seems to be late which is why I don’t fly on them.

Good. They changed our gate very late and then when we landed, we had to wait 20 minutes to get off the airplane because another plane was in a slot.

I DID NOT GO TO HAWAII ON HAWAIIAN AIRLINES. YOU DID NOT INFORM ME THAT BY CHOOSING BASIC ECONOMY, I MIGHT BE REQUIRED TO FLY STANDBY. I AM ELDERLY AS WAS MY COMPANION WHO IS ALSO SEVERELY DISABLED AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY WE COULD TRAVEL ON STANDBY. THEY TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THE BASIC ECONOMY SEATS HAD BEEN SELECTED BY OTHER PASSENGERS AND WE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $942 TO GET A SECURED SEAT ON THE PLAN AND, IN SPITE OF THE ADDITIONAL COST, WE WERE NOT ALLOW US TO AMEND OUR TRAVEL PLANS TO EXTEND OUR VACATION. ULTIMATELY, THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. WE WERE OFFERED A REFUND IF WE CANCELED OUR TRIP ALTOGETHER WHICH WE DID. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF THE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THEY MAY FACE, AND YOU DID NOT DO SO. I WILL NOT UTILIZE YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.
