a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class
The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.

I was a member of Krisflyer for ten years, but my last flight to Tokyo was a disaster. I had to stand in line for four hours before check-in because they were late opening the counter, and there were more than 50 people behind me. The plane was extremely small, and the food could have been better. When I dropped off my stroller before boarding the plane, I expected to receive it upon exiting for my transfer. However, they returned the stroller to the checked baggage because they said I was late getting off the plane. Of course, I was late; they assigned me a seat at the back of the aircraft, and I was traveling with a baby! The worst part was when I arrived in Jakarta. They damaged my stroller and refused to approve my claim, so I had to pay for stroller rental because of the damage they caused. I don’t know what happened to Singapore Airlines, but I felt like I was flying with a budget airline.
Fantastic patience when one of the passengers behind me was an absolute horrible, horrible person and the girls just kept smiling and doing their job with patience and kindness. Well, done to the crew.
Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice
Very slow check in. Food poor and some of the special meals offered were not available. Luggage then didnt arrive and still waiting for news 48 hours later

Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.
I always love to travel with Garuda. Staff are great. On time. Efficient. food and drinks plentiful. pillow and blanket. But there were no live demonstrations of safety. I honestly have no idea where my life jacket is. On the way to Bali we werw not made to put on seat belts , although we were on the way back. What I hated this time was the waking of passengers after 2 hours for breakfast when it was still dark. Not sure if i will travel back to Aus on that flight again . Being welcomed with a breakfast 2 hours after shutting my eyes in the dark was Horrible and left me jet lagged after only a short flight.
Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.

I liked most things except the cabin was way too cold for most of the journey. I prepared by putting on long pants, shirt, jumper, shoes and socks. Still cold!
For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!
Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
From start to finish, every part of the experience was outstanding. The care and kindness shown to my 95-year-old mother was exceptional—truly 10 out of 10. From the assistance she received at Sydney Airport while boarding the plane to the help she was given when arriving at Wagga Wagga Airport, every staff member was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They made her feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after throughout her journey. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make my mother's trip such a wonderful experience. Your compassion and dedication are greatly appreciated.

I missed my flight due to unforeseen circumstances It was, however , an excellent price !
We had a medical emergency, needing to get to an emergency room upon landing at LAX. I let the back flight attendants know the situation. One, David, contacted the pilot, who made arrangements for EMT's to be there when we got off the plane. They went above and beyond for us. We didn't have to go through customs, as a customs person came to us and checked us right at the exit of the jet way. Another wonderful woman, a United employee at LAX, perhaps a customer service liaison, took care of our luggage situation, as we weren't going to make our connection to Bozeman. When we came back to LAX to see when we could get a flight to Bozeman, the personnel are very accommodating and booked us on the next flight out, and assigned good seats. It was a horrible flight, physically, from Sydney to LAX, , but the professionalism of all involved was excellent! We are very grateful fir the way they all stepped in and helped during a very unpleasant medical situation. Thank you!!

an hour late, then had to disembark on back stairs and take 4 flights up to get to main airport. No warning, and difficulty for those with canes and poor knees.

It was ok, the additional baggage charges were a bit excessive given winter is a time for skiing. To have to pay $600 extra for skis was tantamount to robbery. Airlines should consider sporting goods as baggage. Likewise, they should consider increasing the number of bags allowed on international flights to known ski destinations.
