Pros: Same old mediocre service a bit like catching a bus really very mundane

Cons: Announce the app download well before boarding so that I can get it. I never had a chance

Pros: Pretty much all my needs/wants were seen to! Likewise, on the trans-ocean flight leg.

Cons: Some fashion model wishing me happy flying? I really don't know. :)

Pros: It is a short trip and it is easy to get on and off the flight without too much hassle. Except when it is raining as you have to walk from the terminal to the plane. No Food or Entertainment is provided as it is such a short flight

Cons: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner. What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers. Cons: The web page is misleading When I tried to pay online the check in baggage fee, there is no way to do it, only by paying at the checking counter, and the price is the double, it is an abuse , that the company claim it can be done bny webpage but it cant be done.

Cons: Original flight was cancelled. Next flight was full. The flight I was booked on got delayed because it was raining heavy in Brisbane... No food or coffee was offered during the whole experience.

Pros: comfortable roomy seating, crew were courteous and efficient. Great direct flight to Newcastle - well done Virgin

Cons: perhaps a second offer of tea /coffee after the meal.

Pros: Virgin Australia is the best! From the boarding crew to in flight service, everything was above and beyond.

Pros: The crew were not particularly friendly. They were somewhat abrupt.

Cons: The crew’s attitude to passengers and manner of communication. The flight was delayed by about 20 to 25 minutes but there were no announcements about it or apologies for the inconvenience.

Cons: We were unable to book our luggage on your website. When we got to Launceston, they not only charged us $100 but told us the limit was 15 kg each because it was the same day. We had tried to book our luggage when we bought the tickets, but were unable to. Then we had to buy a bag to carry the baggage we had to remove from our luggage.

Pros: We were given delay updates regularly, even when the delay time remained consistent.

Cons: We had to empty our water bottles prior to getting on board which felt like a waste of resources. If it is necessary to do so, maybe it would be beneficial for the staff to let us know why we have to dump clean water down the drain.

Pros: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Cons: Airline lost our bags on way to Australia so we had to buy extra clothing and personal items while here. Then airline charges us $65 because our bags are overweight with the things we had to buy because of lost bags.

Cons: Choices of food is not much of variety, not of good selection & more so not available when i decided to purchase a small beef pie that is quite costly

Pros: I loved the process and crew communication in consideration of the amount of passengers.

Cons: Considering the media coverage of an airborne virus killing people seemingly quickly - I would have expected an airline (travelling from the genesis of the disease) to supply face masks.... the crew and other passengers expressed similar concerns, perhaps a decent consideration.

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Cons: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.

Pros: Easy check in on line and at baggage check in at Nadi, landing was good, the fact that we made it safely was also good, great crew - I felt sorry for them too!

Cons: Screaming kids, I had one kicking the back of my seat pretty much the whole trip, as well as throwing tantrums (I know this isn't the fault of the airline but the crew could've helped a tad more - can't blame them for not wanting to go near them though I didn't want to be seated in front oft them either!!!) No tv for inflight entertainment, meal very average, they ran out of one of the choices early on (probably the only good choice!), landing was good…very relieved to arrive!
