Pros: "Nice crew. Comfy seats. Fresh fruit was great!"
Pros: "Crew a was good - Seat was not so great. I tried to book my seat/boarding pass when you sent through the notice to do so in the morning but at that stage there was only 1 seat available to sit in?? Seamed a little odd to be completely booked out at that stage"

Cons: "less use of plastic- why not be the first airline to use the new paper box water bottle? why do the blankets have to be wrapped in plastic. end use of single use plastics, be a pioneer :)"
Pros: "New plane"
Cons: "Everything else"
Cons: "We came from a week of 45° heat to air conditioning with misting capability, very impressive, loved it. But l got very cold, my own fault didn't a ask for a blanket quick enough."
Pros: "FLIGHT TIME"

Pros: "Nothing, I pay for premium economy and can’t use the partnerships lounge—what’s the point!"
Cons: "Nothing, I pay for premium economy and can’t use the partnerships lounge—what’s the point!"
Pros: "Qantas is a good reliable Airline, fleet of 747-400 getting a bit old. Too bad they will retire those costly planes as I have good memories going 20 times to Australia. Bring on the newer generation Boeing 787 dreamliners."
Cons: "Waiting at Brisbane Airport to fix the AC."
Cons: "Long delay for the flight"
Pros: "Just about everything was perfect. Friendly and most accommodating staff. Very good meals. Nice seats. Also great entertainment selections. This was our first time flying with Qantas Airline. Overall, this was the best flying experience we have had. Oher airline companies should learn from Qantas Airline!"
Pros: "Very good selection of movies with recent releases; music selection was also excellent"
Pros: "Seats were fine, crew was cherry nice and professional. Enough toilets for the size of the plane."
Cons: "Airplane food is always what it is."
Pros: "Ahh Qantas. What a relief after an internal US flight on a US carrier. Spacious, comfortable, on time, good food. They even comped us for luggage delayed that was not their fault."
Cons: "Nothing - all good. Thanks Qantas for showing us how it can and should be done."
Cons: "Flight was delayed"
Pros: "Qantas provides a nice welcome when your board domestic flights in Australia like the one we took today between Brisbane and Sydney not just on their international flights. They greet you when you board, don't feel like a number like domestic flights in the USA be it American, Delta, United, or one of the others. They provide free premier movie access, serve a nice warm meal and drink, and make you feel welcomed - Keep up the great work Qantas, you could give the USA airlines lessons on how to treat passengers."
Pros: "many times better than American flight."
Cons: "nothing.very good."
Pros: "More spacious and very friendly service."
Cons: "The airplane did not have any USB or power outlets"
Pros: "The entertainment is great and food is great. Some of the crew were grumpy but it is a lot of time for them."
Pros: "They made it tolerable, and made us feel comfrotable on this 13.5 hr flight."
Cons: "Noisy conversations of people waiting to use the toilet."
Pros: "Our flight with qantas was fantastic. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Premium economy makes a difference on a 15 he flight."
Cons: "Not enough legroom or seating area... Obviously you are downsizing, hoping that people will spend more to upgrade."
Pros: "Staff were friendly."
Cons: "The plan was older and the seats were uncomfortable and cramped compared to other long haul flights I've been on. I paid extra to fly with Qantas because it's usually a better experience but this was poor compared to past flights. My tray table was broken and kept falling down. My boyfriend had a lot of technical issues with his TV. Boarding was done poorly as it was a bit of a free for all. And the food was very bad."
Pros: "Excellent service. Comfortable seats in economy with good leg room"
Cons: "Poor screen & audio quality on movie system."
Pros: "Excellent people who made the flight very nice. Extremely personable."
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Crew is great and helpful!"
Cons: "Delay was long. Instructions on re-booking was dodgy. Luggage took for ever to come up and it caused alot of anxiety for many people. Some customers got "Express Passes" due to tight connections and some didn't. General confusion among Quantas' ground staff."
Pros: "I liked the fact that there was a water refilling station so I could get water when I needed/wanted it. The people were friendly and there were lots of times when the lights remained off so that people could sleep. There weren't a lot of interruptions during the flight so people could rest or do what they wanted! I also like that Quantas is associated with American so I got a ton of miles!"
Cons: "My seat wouldn't stay upright so any movement made it go back, which was fine for resting but when eating or sitting up, I kept falling back. Luckily the person behind me was understanding."
Pros: "Everything! Best Airline!"
Cons: "Loved everything"
Cons: "I landed in Sydney but had a Qantas connecting flight to Melbourne. The baggage was checked in at Dallas thru to Melbourne. You need to drop off the baggage back to Qantas after clearing Customs in Sydney. Unfortunately Qantas makes you walk quite a long distance to to baggage drop off point. The experience made me think of experiences I have had in developing countries. I expected more thoughtful logistical arrangements from Qantas in Australia."
Pros: "Professional efficiently run airline, end to end."
Cons: "As always for any airline it wouldn't hurt or cost much more if the food serves were just a little bigger,"
Pros: "Amazing crew and staff."
Cons: "No vegetetarian food option, seat 16f was soiled, fold down tray had sticky residue from previous flight(s)."
Pros: "Was bumped off fjight. Due to not being checked in by Jetstar. Crew was nice and put us on a later Hawaiian."
Cons: "Boarding was terrible. No announcement when it was late."
Pros: "Inflight service."
Cons: "Headsets tend to fail. Is good that more than one were provided."
Pros: "Service was pleasant. Entertainment selections were quite nice -- great to have so many movies and music from which to choose."
Cons: "Dinner portions were insufficient -- a tiny box of food, though delicious, left me feeling hungry. Legroom was cramped -- As a 6'2" (188 cm) man, I always have request aisle seating but was given a middle row seat. These should be reserved for shorter passengers only who do not require many ups and downs from their seats during the flight. No one should have to pay to choose a seat ahead of time! Except Qantas, I've never seen an airline charge to choose a regular, non-premium seat. That is ridiculous to charge $30, especially when the airfare was over $1300."
Pros: "I love Qantas in general. I paid for exit row seats and it's worth the extra money."
Cons: "Food was ok but I've had better in Qantas."
Pros: "Flight attendants were the best. Everything about the flight was perfect. Also, I didn't even realize we had landed it was such a smooth landing."
Pros: "I love Qantas and mostly fly the airline. Love the 380 airbus for long hauls."
Cons: "On this flight the attendants were very un-organised to a point of almost tripping over themselves. meal delivery over an hour apart The standard of meals seems to have dropped by a star. Not wanting to post a gloomy picture as the staff area nearly always friendly and great. These guys were also. Perhaps they were tired."
Pros: "Crew: helpful/cheery, cabin: clean"
Cons: "Reclined seats intrude on passenger behind"
Cons: "Plane departs at 1pm Sydney. Lights are turned off within a couple of hours, but for me, sleeping at 3pm is impossible. Point being? A later departure would be a help. Clearly not going to happen, but the timing of the flight to Sydney from DFW had been awesome."
Pros: "Should have put me on one of the Qantas flights that left sooner, no explanation, no compensation."
Cons: "Theee was not enough leg room. Apart from that the flight was excellent."
Pros: "Entertainment was okay"
Cons: "All of it.My flight was delayed a whole day. Leg room and comfort of economy seats are terrible. Food wasn't great and the in flight team was a tad forgetful... Had to ask for the same drink multiple times"
Pros: "I liked the vast amount of food and drinks. Plus the regular offerings of food/drink. Good entertainment choice. Staff are friendly. Fantastic Landing - so smooth!"
Cons: "Could have used more leg room."
