I find the cabin bag policy to be ludicrous though, there's no way someone can have a small personal item and carry-on cabin bag weighing <7kg if you need to take a laptop with you, meds, and any valuables and items you can't risk to leave in a cargo bag that may get left behind

Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

My baggage was not boarded and is still missing. I was only carring one piece of luggage and that is misplaced now I am stuck at mumbai without luggage. I had an onward journey from here

The check-in has been the very best so far I didn't get to use my priority access which made me feel like a paid a higher price with no benefit for that I loved the food Very tasty and hot The staff friendliness, empathy could be better as it was not linear amongst the whole crew Otherwise, no complaints. 1st of all on February 27th Abu Dhabi to Delhi flight the seat wasn't comfortable at all, coming back the Lounge at Abu Dhabi didn't have anything. Than the Food in the flight

Food was very good. Again tray could use a non-skid mat. I had a regular seat - comfortable - able to sleep undisturbed. Boarding was uneventful.

Etihad can improve the transfer in Abudabi gates instead of making people to climb the stairs.
