Cons: They checked in my mag with knowing my transfer time to the connecting flight in another country is only 10 mins delayed despite I kept questioning them. They told me there would be people "escort " me through the security check point and the flight would help us. And they even told me they knew I had "enough" time to transfer that's why airline did not change my flight. But once I checked in my luggage and passed the security check, I received a new flight ticket through email. They totally changed my connecting flight to a much later one. Only 20 mins later after they told me to check in my luggage and promise the connecting flight would wait for me. Later the manager said" I don't know who told you that, but no one could catch a connecting flight in 10 mins."

Pros: We paid $400CAD as a OneUp bid to upgrade to Skycouch. We then saw there was a skycouch row free on the plane, and I appreciated that they gave the first choice of this row to paying customers. So we ended up with two skycouch rows, one per person. Was a dream flight, could not fault them.

Cons: I was not able to travel. When I reached the airport, I was told that I needed a transit visa for my 1.5 hr stopover in Auckland.

Pros: great seats + wifi. Was treated like a human being.

Cons: They don't greet me only the people in front and behind me. I didn't receive a meal she skipped me i don't know if you have to pay or not but the person on the left of me got one and the person the right got one

Pros: Early morning flight meant no delays. Walked straight on the flight and we were off. No fuss...

Cons: The flight announcements were loud and abrasive which woke everyone sleeping on the early morning flight. No doubt is was that particular cabin manager and not the norm.

Cons: 1 hour delay on take off

Cons: Flight cancelled because internet went down on site. However, Virgin Australia and Qantas airlines were able to paper book their passengers and fly to destination. Jet star couldn’t do the same. Even though the internet came back up Jetstar couldn’t complete the passenger flight check in. The Airport staff stated the internet was a risk and instead put 200 people on buses and drove us 5 hours across a 42C desert. Somehow driving across the desert was safer. The icing on the cake was the Internet stayed up for the next hour prior to our bus ride and within the flight crews crew day. So, we could all have flown home with the Jetstar flight crew who actually flew back to Sydney. Yes missed the fireworks and expensive hotel stay on New Years Eve. Finally, Jetstar rebooked is on a flight to Adelaide then to Sydney so we wouldn’t arrive until 945pm. I certainly didn’t appreciate my direct 3 hour flight being turned into a 5 hour bus ride then a 7 hour flight. Oh, please tell them thanks for the piece of cheese and two crackers, apple and apple juice for dinner. What could be done better.....eliminate Jetstar from your list of service providers. Pros: The lady at the check-in counter was very helpful!

Cons: The seat were pretty uncomfortable for a almost 4 hour flight. It felt like we were squeezed into a tuna can. Also was surprised there was not a movie playing or wifi available to pass the time on a long flight.

Cons: No plugs for laptops, 14 hour flight and no way to work is terrible, luggage took to long to come out and made it so I missed the connecting flight, have to stay at the airport for 5 extra hours - and terrible service with dealing with it and getting my family on the next flight -

Cons: The fact that our booking through Kayak did not record we had booked luggage. We KNOW we had booked luggage. Air NZ wanted to charge us $160 each bag. Eventually BYOJet got us through to Virgin who allowed us to buy luggage for $25 per bag. Thank you Virgin for your wonderful assistance 1 1/2 hours before departure. Virgin's standard ticket has 23kg luggage included. What is the problem with a ticket bought online through agents such as BYOJet and Kayak?

Cons: the person next too me was overflowing in their seat so much they took up a quarter of my spot.. it was not work making the flight uncomfortable by making a stink about it but I paid for a whole seat not 3/4 of one!

Cons: Most uncomfortable seat (smallest, least leg room would not recline, no padding) that I can remember. Baby not just crying but screening in the seat behind me and crew did nothing.

Pros: I enjoyed my first time flying with Emirates from Australia to New Zealand The checking in was quick, easy and the staff were friendly. The crew were polite, and friendly with excellent customer service. Refreshments and Entertainment were first class. I will be flying Emirates from now on.

Cons: Attitude of some of the cabin crew very bad. Service was poor and with short comings. With Emirates either the service is very good or very bad. They need to get rid of the dead wood!

Pros: The Cabin crew was amazing, the ICE entertainment has many options of movies and programs, the flight was smooth to Singapore.

Cons: I went online to put that I needed gluten free food and when everyone else was getting their food I was told no gluten free food on domestic flights so I got no food. You need to take that option off of your website if you don’t intend to serve people with celiac.

Cons: Better kits for kids to keep them busy longer. The one that was provided kept my kid busy for about an hour or so in a 12hr flight.
