Cons: "Boarding was a bit confusing and staff wasn't actively being helpful with information. Got absolutely nothing to drink/eat on the plane-not even a glass of water! The flight crew was just ok, no one "stood out" as good or excellent. Again, nothing about this flight made me want to definitely fly British Airways again."
Pros: "The Aer Lingus staff are brilliant!"
Cons: "Nothing to report"
Cons: "Seats are way too tight. Plane itself was very loud."
Cons: "It would be nice if someone cared about something. It didn't seem like anyone liked their job or cared about the passengers. All seemed like corporate greed. I have flown over 40,000 miles this year. This was the most unsatisfactory flight. Come on guys, create a good environment for a win win situation. Happy passengers make more money for the corporation in the end."
Pros: "I liked the professionalism of the cede and the cleanliness of the cabin"
Cons: "I was a little frustrated with the delayed start"
Pros: "I really liked how neat & professional the crew were dressed. The plane was new & the seats were comfortable."
Cons: "I didn't like that beverages (like water, juice, coffee) weren't complimentary. All the flights I've been on in the U.S. offer those for free, along with a small snack."
Pros: "No complaints about the flight. It was so short that we didn't even have time to get a drink or snack. Quite a bit of turbulence but I think that might be typical."
Cons: "Horrible plane. Sounded like it was on its last legs."
Cons: "In our party of 3, one bag was lost -- apparently stolen at Rome airport. Nobody there from Aerolingus to go to! No complimentary food or even water from Dublin to Rome. Lousy food and expensive drinks elsewhere. Airplane from Dulles to Dublin ws old, unkept, antiquated. Serbve on airplanes was bad to nonexistent. NO coffee in the am after an overnight flight!!???"

Cons: "Did not eat and no entertainment on this short flight so food and entertainment not applicable."
Pros: "It was quick"

Cons: "They lost our stuff as we travel internationally for 10 days. No clue where it is"
Pros: "The staff onboard the flight was friendly."
Cons: "There was a last minute gate change that was not announced until boarding was closing, so I had to race across to the other side of the airport to catch the plane. There was no food/drinks provided on the flight."
Cons: "Worse experience ever!!!!"
Cons: "Seats are too small for anybody above 5'8". My knees were hitting the back"
Pros: "Cleanliness, staff, food, staff"
Cons: "@ 6'4" leg room was tight. Please would airlines load from the back to be more efficient?"
Pros: "the only somewhat helpful person was the customer service attendant that i called the day before i flew who tried his best to be helpful after the worst flying experiences i have ever had"
Cons: "the lack of anyone willing to assist me in the airport, over the phone, online. i was not able to check in had to call customer service several times because i was getting hung up on or told that nothing could be done to check me in, issue me boarding passes or just answer general questions. Went to the airport 3 hours prior for a transatlantic flight like recommended (6:45). The attendants showed up to the desk at 8, with no sign as to when they would show up even though the desk was getting called constantly starting at 7am. was told that in dublin we would have to check in to flight and we would be assigned seats then. even thought the attendant printed our boarding passes for the connecting flight but did not give them to us. When in dublin was told that we had already been checked in and we could have been assigned our seats in madrid by the connections desk. When talking to others on same flight they told us they were allowed to checkin into all flights and had no issues at the airport"
Pros: "Quick and easy!"
Cons: "The service was terrible and staff was unpleasant"
Cons: "Very cramped seats; terrible food; was put on Air Lingus instead of BA; missed our connection and Air Lingus was very difficult to work with"
Pros: "The food was elevated and we were fed twice on our 9 hour flight! The beverage service was also provided often with a good assortment. I loved that there were new release movies available for free. The staff was friendly and available. If I were to do another long flight like that, I would seek out British Airways."
Cons: "Nothing to complain about"
Cons: "There was no entertainment for that flight."
Pros: "good connection, regardless a small delay I made my connection"
Cons: "Online check-in was not possible, neither on ba.com nor on aer lingus (flight was operated by aer lingus). I had not possibility to choose a seat. I called are lingus consumers services who said this was due to the fact, that I had a BA booking. At the airport I was told most seat were pre-reservered. There was no indication during the booking process that this might be the case. The plane was rather small, with litte space. I am rather small person and had difficulties."
Pros: "The food was acceptable and served in a timely, efficient way. The entertainment options were very good and the system easy to use."
Cons: "The seats were extremely uncomfortable due to being so narrow and also very little leg room. I was in the second seat in a 4-seat row and had difficulty getting through the space to seat myself. I'm a person of average size. On a six hour flight this becomes very irritating."
Cons: "Because I didn't make it and I want my money back"
Pros: "Standard BA dependability. Like a dependable but stodgy old uncle."
Cons: "Chaotic boarding process. No enforcement of boarding groups"
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "The space was so limited"
Cons: "It was not British Airways but Aer Lingus !!"
Pros: "It was short"
Pros: "They keep the food coming in there are a decent range of TV and movie options."
Cons: "We booked an overnight layover flight and seemingly that confused all airports systems that we are unable to check in for both of our parts of the return flight. This meant we were not able to select our seats very far in advance for a return flight and initially my husband and I were seated separately but thankfully kind people on board were willing to switch with us. The gate check person in Dublin also on this in our bags to Boston but luckily caught her mistake within a couple of minutes and our bags didn't make it to our correct home destination on our flight back from Europe. We were never prompted to make any specific meal selection restrictions so my vegan husband was not able to eat anything on our flights to or from Europe. The flights were both kept very cold and of course the space and economy is quite tight."
Pros: "Crew where very nice"
Cons: "Lack of room"
