Cons: Apparently if you book with a third party booking Philippine Airlines does not provide you with meal or hotel voucher in Manila for long layover (22 hours). Had I booked directly through them they would have provided meals/hotel for the night. Instead we had to get two rooms for our family of 6. For this, I wouldn’t recommend them (if using third party booking).
Pros: Business class from Bangkok to San Francisco was good overall, especially for $1400 one way. Food was not very good for business class, was more in line with JAL, EVA, Korean or ANA econo class but again, for the price, no complaints. Great friendly service, quick boarding. Priority Pass didn't have a lounge in Manila but thankfully, Philippines Air had their own lounge with great food and drinks for 1st Class and Business class ticket holders. Plane from Manila to SFO was older, screen way too far away, not even reachable without getting out of the seat. Business class seats don't quite lay flat but no complaints for the price. Would fly with them again!

Cons: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE"

Cons: We were shocked to be charged $275 for two checked bags. At the point that you are checking in you are trapped and don't have a choice but to pay it. We were told that if we had paid in advance it would be cheaper, but we didn't know what the weight of our bags would be so I just figured I'd pay at the airport. They didn't say that they charge so much more at the airport - which is a total rip off. We were also harassed by not having the email that showed we purchased an Australian Visa which is digitally tied to our passport. If they need to verify our Visa, then they should have the electronic means to verify it. Also, we were traveling from Sydney to Auckland so since we were leaving the country I'm not sure why they had to see our Australian Visa in the first place. We were already in the country!
Cons: The queue at the Queenstown airport was an hour long to be processed. Many more people were behind us and an agent at the counter left with many standing in the queue behind. Too long of s wait!
Cons: Flight delayed over an hour then kept waiting another half hour on runway. Couldn't land straight away in Denpasar and had to circle for another 15mins

Pros: There is nothing to say this is a no frills airline and that is what you get. Departure was on time and arrival was also on time. Food on any airline isn’t good at least on airline i fly. The important thing is getting there safely and this airline company does that.

Cons: Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Boarding and departure lounge area was utter chaos because the Cebu Pacific staff were not clear about which flight waa boarding. The plane was horribly cramped. Extra seat rows had been installed to get more seating on the plane. That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun.

Cons: Checkin as usual was understaff and slow....agent refused to enter our getgo numbers or change our seat assgnment as had been done in the past. Refused to orint boarding pass because i had on my phone....i dislike this and want paper backup! Speaker system for gate announcements at term 3 is the worst! Boarding is always bad but now a new system to read tickets is worse than ever! My knees touch the seat in front it is so crammed...at least short one hour of discomfort.

Cons: Lastminute.com rebooked my outbound flight two dat past the original booked date then left the return flight the same which meant the return was before the outgoing. Then to make it worse they tried to charge me additional 80 pounds to change the return ticket.

Pros: Don't expect to be ontime, or have announcements when there is a gate change. Airport employees are more annoyed that you are visiting then what you would expect. Air doesn't run on the plane until your 10k up. HOWEVER, we got there safely and my bag showed up so all in all its fine.
Pros: This was a codeshare flight operated by China Airlines. I sat in 69A and had plenty of leg room. The entertainment options were excellent to include the flight map. The map is probably the best one I have come across. The cabin crew provided excellent service and were attentive.
Cons: The boarding procedure was confusing. Economy was divided between Zones 1 and 2. However, the boarding pass was not clear which zone it was assigned.
Pros: The flight was a half hour late departing but once we got in the air it was a quick flight. Beverages were served and then it was time to land. Deporting was quick and painless.

IFE was a huge screen with great programming. it looked like.a 16 or 18” screen. meal service was above average and wine selection was strong. featuring both old world and new.

Cons: The air steward and stewardess were so noisy throughout the flight. I stood at the last row where it was close to where they sat and toilet. They took non stop and laughed literally loud. can you imagine the other way round - I am chatting loudly in the midnight and they are trying to get some sleep? They just didn't have professional mannerisms and service awareness.
