Not full, attendants went out of way to accommodate seating requests
Crew arranged to change seats so my left leg had an aisle.
Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle.
The movie/tv selection was extensive
I’ve never had such a bad meal on a plane. I don’t expect fine dining but I felt sick to my stomach afterward. My flight sat in by the tarmac for an hour. I only made my connection because that flight was also an hour late. Boarding was really chaotic.
The crew on board seemed efficient and friendl for this short 2.5 hour flight.
No food, no drink, no entertainment were included with this fare. Thankfully we were so exhausted from the long haul flight immediate preceding this flight that we did not care. I'm not sure why but the gate staff was trying to get everyone to check their smaller bags including our backpacks. My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine.

Outdated planes: Intercontinental flight with no personal entertainment system, (cabin monitors only). Poor check in/No partner flight numbers listed: I booked a Finnair flight, it was operated by American Airlines, which is fairly common, but neither JFK or CDG listed the partner flight number or Finnair anywhere - which led to slow and confusing check in when neither Finnair nor AA could find my reservation
There was plenty of room and the food was good.

I thought the flight attendants were professional and friendly. We landed safely and on time.
A nine-hour flight with ancient over-head screens? Great for those not sitting in a window seat, otherwise don't plan on being able to watch the movie. The first being a cartoon by the way. I'm sure the 3 children on board had a great time watching it. 2 bathrooms on a 9-hour flight for the entire coach cabin? One of which was near the front. Can you guess what the plane smelled like by the time we landed? Let's discuss the fact that passengers had to be "shuttled" to the plane because of construction. I paid additional for Group 1 boarding, so great I got to get on the shuttle first. Those that came after me also were the last to board the shuttle and the first to get on the plane. Thanks, American, for showing me again why I use you as a last resort. Had I known it was American and NOT Finnair, as I purchased it, I would have re-thought my purchase.
The food wasn’t good and it would be great if they had pasta or some vegetarian option.
Not bad as cross-ocean flights go, but cramped. The seats (and the available room per person) are what would be considered normal nowadays, but I remember flying thirty years ago. The crew was very pleasant and snacks were served (and appreciated), but didn't make up for the cramped conditions.
From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!
I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic.
Food was good. Crew nice and professional.
Landing was not so smooth.
Haven't flow with Air France for some time now and definitely noticed a lowering of standards
The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically.
1) USB charger and electric outlet 2) Availability of 2-across economy seats (for a price) 3) Vegetarian dinner option available and not too bad 4) Flight arrived on-time
1) Front seat pocket bulging with 2 extra-thick in-flight magazines 2) No on-board wifi 3) Not much seating room - very thin
I will not use o recommend to anyone to buy a ticket with the agency, at the airport in China we were treated like criminals because as they said we were not register in the system as passengers it was really a nightmare

i slept this whole ride so i don't have much to stay that was bad! Most of it just didn't apply to me!
This is my first and last time taking British Airways. When I was boarding the flight. The flight attendant literally stood in the aisle in front of me talking to a patron. Instead of moving into the empty seat and letting the rest of us move to our seat. He refused and ignored us. As we waited,the captain made a brash announcement and the plane started moving. Twenty patrons included me were not seated. I never had a plane move when we were not seated. I have to squeeze by flight attendant to get into my seat. No courtesy. He didn’t care about me at all. I had a carry on and a baggage. How could he not care about the rest of the people who was standing Experience. To make it worst, I got sick from the pasta and spent to hours with stomach cramps, heats sweats, and nauseous. Will never do again.
They have the most inefficient boarding pass that literally turns into a mob madness.
The crew are working really hard to make do with what they have. Exceptional service almost makes up for the dated fleet.
Tiny entertainment screens, no USB, really BA- how long will you keep running these 777’s for?
