We paid extra for the seats ... it's a good value to get on and off more easily. I liked the way they gave food (for free) and beverage every couple of hours. The pilot communicated well.
The entertainment was not that great -- I had trouble filling the time of our overseas flight with movies; which I like to do going east to west to keep up with the time differential. The bathrooms ran out of water in the toilet about 2 hours before we landed so I didn't want to use it. Again, it was an old plane.
Staff were great and the pilot did a great job.
The plane was not as nice as some of the other planes we have flown with but considering the short flight this was fine.

My flights were cancelled by Aer lingus and I was rebooked improperly, resulting in my being removed from a plane and having to be rebooked at least three times because of how long it took.
The Delta service desk was great! We wanted to get an earlier flight home and the Delta Rep got us on standby quickly and with a smile.
Some chaos getting on the flight. The area they have set up for the different sections to wait before getting called weren't marked very well so everyone was bunched up and confused. Once they started calling the sections it was fine. Not sure why they even had the marked areas.
Crew was kind and responsive.
Older plane so seats were very crammed. My screen was not calibrated correctly so I couldn’t rewind or pause movies. No charging option for phone. WiFi was spotty.
