I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

Boarding was fairly chaotic. One of your employees clipped my ankle as he was passing with an empty wheelchair and not only did not apologize but stated something to the effect of “oh forGod’s sake.” There was plenty of room for him to pass. otherwise, everything was excellent.

The seats in airbus from LA to London are uncomfortable. They are too narrow. I am a slim person but felt cramped. The way the seats are laid out really hinders privacy. You are forced to look at the person next to you which is awkward, Also the entertainment on the same leg was limited. The crew was excellent and attentive and the food was decent. The seats on London to Delhi leg were way better. The crew again was very attentive and polite.

After British Airways flying with Qatar was a breath of fresh air. All the little things that make a long haul flight awesome. Efficient, friendly, genuine. Amazing.

I’ve heard British airlines was known for issues. My first time using British airlines and I had 3 delays. 5/6 hr delay from original time. That was exhausting

The crew was great as was in-flight service. Check-in was terrible. Then I was bused in a cramped shuttle out to the plane where customers had to lug heavy carry on luggage up stairs to get on the plane. When I arrived at IAH in Houston I learned my checked luggage was not on the plane. I have not received any communication about it from British Airways - a very poor way to treat a customer on a pricey business class ticket. I doubt I will fly on British Airways in the future when there are better airline options.

In the "old" configuration Club class, in an aisle seat you are literally sleeping in the aisle with no privacy at all. In addition, there is hardly any storage space, and it is hard to make sense of the seat controls.

Nothing- fight canceled night before and was very unhappy with the rebooking! Plus there was a difference in fight pricing by more than half! I didn’t get what I paid fore!!!!

Everything was excellent, although flight delayed however can’t control that, but what I don’t understand is why the smallest portion of food ie: bit of rice & bit of chicken (no exaggeration) no salad, no veges, nothing else, but cake & icecream later…this is just not a great reflection on the quality of airlines. People spend $1,500 on a flight surely airlines can spend an extra $1 on their passengers meals…even bread & butter can do the trick. ESP on a 8 hour flight! Cutting costs is one thing, but this is just not ok.
