We got to experience Premium Economy from Sydney to Auckland and it was a great experience wiht Air New Zealand. The crew was friendly and helpful.
I was not even on that flight and did not even book a ticket. Kayak did a phenomenal job
Great entertainment options on the screen. uSB A and C chargers. Free WiFi! Crew were excellent.
Check in crew member was very helpful, nice and excellent service👍
Lost my luggage and brought someone else luggage to my airport.
The issue was with getting our boarding pases. There were issues with our arrangements that were made through Kayak. I am sorry to say that we will not use you again because of this. The flight itself was good and the flight attendants excellent.
Economy was much nicer on the Air New Zealand planes.
At Coolangatta International it is difficult to hear voice boarding announcements when away from screen announcements.
They announced food service but then never came around. We also couldn’t land so kept trying to get to runway and then had to come up and go around happened like 3 times and cause the child next to me to start throwing up
Just a hiccup being added to the NZ Traveller Declaration a bit late.
Jane at Sydney International airport check in was amazing. She set up the whole experience to be a positive one.
Improved experience over our last years flight when also we flew local but on an international scheduled flight. The double processing is still unwelcome i.e. by security and then by border force having to produce a licence and boarding pass repeatedly on departure and return. Obviously suits the airline rather than the local traveller. The flight and crew were good though a helper on return was offhand having to push the wheel chair did the bare minimum we felt.
The flight was delayed by 2 hours but the Jetstar crew were fantastic.
I was treated poorly in Dunedin by check in crew, then my bag was lost in Auckland. Never again.
Overall good trip I find seats a bit hard. We were waiting on board for about an hour for 2 passengers with some document issue. This main our arrival late for our pickup person.
Jetsatar refused to take my foldable stroller in the plane, despite following all the rules on dimensions and packaging. Similar thing happened on our previous fight. However, at that instance, they offered to check in the stroller. At this fight, the staff was rude, trying to rush us to board the flight. They made excuses that the stroller was not allowed and even offer to leave it behind and ship it back at our own cost. Fortunately, we had someone else attending. Since the flight was about to take off, they left it behind and send it back to us on the next available flight.
Boarding was easy and unstressful, though the early "final call" was a bit off-putting. The crew were pleasant, and the seats were comfortable. The prices for food and drink were reasonable, apart from tea and coffee, where simple percolated coffee was charged at espresso prices. Deboarding was OK, though some Jetstar passengers appear to have a bad habit of pushing forward from their assigned rows, making it more difficult to get out for passengers that have paid a premium to sit up-front. Jetstar might want to look to address this to stop it from spreading.
Flight departing too early at 06.15 Difficult to get to airport
Plane was more than 3 hrs delayed as the only plane on that day. Had to wait 1 hrs in the plane which was very unpleasent.
It was cancelled, second flight in a month. Jet star are dead to me
