Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

Fast and efficient flight. Wifi worked well. Food selection could have been better

Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

Food was served to different people at different times and it wasn't clear why. The crew apologized for the wait. But it felt odd and inconsistent. They could use charging ports on each of the seats. Mine didn't have any. Also, they could've offered more snacks. It was a 12+ hour flight and no snacks were ever offered. Everything else was OK.

Excellent service. I pre-ordered gluten intolerant meal and they handle it with care. They served me my meal before other people's to avoid crossed contamination. Thank you 🙏

I wish there was a little more leg room between the seats. The recline was good and seats overall were comfortable. I also didn’t like the 2-4-2 configuration.

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

Very bad service and food variety will never come back again

My baby was with me it was really good experience with emirates

The stewardess took a picture as a gift , if you asked for it. Every thing was very good, Especially the food, big and tasty. The service was good, they served water several times, very frequent.

Emirates did great! I liked the service, the food, cleanness, and the flight was on time. Much better airline than Qatar Airways I flew with last year.

Great flight - Clubhouse met our needs, and the staff provided good service. Boarding felt a little chaotic, but given the size of the aircraft, it's always going to be challenging. Whilst the crew were friendly, the number of passengers meant that we received our breakfast items, but had finished breakfast before we were served a drink. Lunch was much better organised, and throughout the flight, the crew were attentive. Found the seats and ICE to be excellent. Disembarkation was fine, and everything possible to expedite the process was being done.

Bathrooms were amazing and first class seat was very comfortable. Food was edible but not up to the standards of other first class meals on other airlines. But Caviar was amazing! So much caviar. Dom Perignon 2015 was room temperature. It would have been amazing if it was chilled down a bit more. Slippers were amazing and amenity kit requested was beautiful. Requested Pajamas never came so can’t tell you how nice they were. Loved the design of the seat and personal storage. Suite was much smaller than other airline’s first class and tv screen was tiny and remote difficult to use. I probably wouldn’t pay for this flight again.

It was delayed for 2 hrs. Flight attendants were not attentive.

The go to HK trip will easily giving jetlag, but coming back to Chicago has no jetlag because of the time taking off matter.

Had a bad experience with crew member coming back Hong Kong to la the person next to me one of the passenger have taken video and picture of crew member the person that served meal young kid late 20' s 6 5'10 had attitude at his peak anything I asked for I don't know if it was bad day or racial I felt humiliated as people could see difference towards me I no problem with Cathy and my whole family never had one was very disappointed

Frequent Flyer number should.have been put in at time of booking.

I spent 45 minutes with supervisor trying to get 2 bags checked for this international flight . He wouldn’t give it to me because West Jet was involved in this booking.

Flight was kept super cold. I was shivering and had to layer up.

Very bad. Flight got delayed and missed my transfer flight twice. Had to stay overnight in Hong Kong and the next flight booked was also delayed.i had the worst experience flying from Singapore to San Francisco. Lots of delays and rerouting.

More tasty food particularly ethnic food. Staff didn’t respond to calls some of the time in premium economy.

Boarding on any airline is a hot mess. Load your pivilaged passengers, then back to front. Back to front.

Flights home are always happy, except this time I was traveling to be with my ailing father.

We had bulkhead seats in a A380 in the upper deck in seats 31 D and E. Storage was very limited other than in overhead bin - which is not within reach when in seat. Yet paying same price as others in premium economy who have a lot more storage within arm’s reach. Seems very unfair.

Good check in and helpful staff. Delayed for 1 hour. Took about 45 Mins to get baggage’s at DFW . Food was average ( Hindu meal ) . Overall it was good experience

checkin and boarding were good. Lounge was pathetic. All empty seats were having reserved tag, was very warm inside the lounge so basically we didnt utilise. The flight was A320, we blocked row 1 in economy assuming leg space will be sufficient. But it was OK, nothing great compared tot he first row of Air Arabia which we took for our trip. The food was horrible, i had the beed fwith mash potatoes. No salt, no spices nothing.

Qatar/Indigo may be operating a very old fleet of planes to make as much profit as possible, but passengers may not be following them for long, should this treatment of its customers continue. Qatar/Indigo, wake up and do it right by your customers, or they may not be your customers anymore.

Friendly and discreet staff. Could have done with a few more offers of water/snacks overnight. Movie and tv selection notably poor. Seats not especially comfortable

Seated in row 6 you are separated from business class close to the toilets. The is a high panel in front that obscures forward viewing, coupled with no window view. Service is limited as the area is not in view of the attendants. It is closer in proximity to economy than business class.
