Pros: "Great crew & nice meals."
Cons: "The touchscreen menu icons does not seem to be working as you have to keep tapping the function tabs so many times. This is wasting a lot of time."

Cons: "The dim sums could be changed for something else."

Pros: "Good seat, great service. Typical quality QANTAS flight - perfect"
Cons: "Maybe the seat could have been more comfortable."

Pros: "The crew was amazing. I asked a crew member for some paracetamol for a headache. Several crew members kept checking up on me to make sure I was fine."

Pros: "Crew were lovely. Boarding was quick. Flight landed early."
Cons: "Food was average"

Pros: "Great crew and comfortable sear"
Cons: "Older plane so entertainment system left a bit to be desired"

Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything - no crew or pilots so delayed. Then engineers on the plane so delayed. No in flight entertainment as broken - plane appeared to be from the 90s as no way to charge devices. Over 2 hours late and the plane was so old we felt like we were going to break up on landing. Terrible experience"

Cons: "We came from a week of 45° heat to air conditioning with misting capability, very impressive, loved it. But l got very cold, my own fault didn't a ask for a blanket quick enough."

Pros: "Keith the baby whisperer. Who took the babies one by one from there clueless mothers and stopped them crying and screaming. Kieth deserves his own commercial."
Cons: "The food and the seat comfort."

Cons: "Did not know that we had to download entertainment app So consequently no inflight entertainment Pack in like sardines"

Pros: "We had an amazing crew from Sydney to Perth from the Captain on down. They were courteous, professional, intuitive and extremely helpful. Of the 3 legs on our long journey this crew was the best."

Pros: "Excellent in-flight service"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Staff was wonderful. Food and cleanliness was good. Pilots communication was accurate and helpful."
Cons: "We were travelling with an infant. Although we had requested for crib/bassinet we didn’t get one. To add to the anxiety, we noticed that none of the bassinet seats were allocated to parents with infants. There were at least 3 families with infants and lots of children due to school holidays. But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

Cons: "The plane required the note book to view current movie but the note book has to have the app installed before take off. It was not properly draw my attention in advance via e-mail or text messages. For such a long flight, Qantas should have a better plane to server this route. Totally disappointed."

Pros: "Crew was great..easy check in for a techno dinosaur like me."
Cons: "Was not impressed with the seat armrests...but it was my first time on the dreamliner...usually fly airbus and sleep like a top !Would also prefer not to have to do customs till I reached Adelaide but thats just a minor quibble."

Pros: "check in easy at Adelaide airport"
Cons: "The plane had small drop down screens every 4 or 5 rows which are totally inadequate for watching anything. gives no choice and poor sound quality (lag between vision and sound) Pork meal was some sort of tasteless slop in a cardboard box with rice and a green veg. It seem as if short flights are getting a raw deal with old planes and sub standard food, systems to save costs. If they cannot maintain a consistent level of standard across all their products let another provider in who can."

Pros: "Crew were great"
Cons: "Lost bags"

Pros: "Food was a improvement luggage transfer to connecting flight great a"
Cons: "All good"

Pros: "Cabin crew were terrific. On board was also very good. Attentive and courteous."

Pros: "Flight ran on time Cabin staff good"
Cons: "Insufficient leg room for normal sized person Food choice poor Maybe seat backs could be fixed in place (as in the US)"

Pros: "Friendly customer service crew, nice amenities kit, and quick boarding."
Cons: "Old aircraft (737) let’s down a good company and frequent flyers."

Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "The boarding process with qantas domestic is always chaotic. No one is policed on their seat numbers, status or fare class. this creates a chaotic process for boarding and securing overhead luggage space for higher fare paying customers"

Pros: "Overall ok."
Cons: "Ancient plane in bad need of a refurb."

Pros: "Good crew service"
Cons: "Food was tasteless just warm and food servied don't reflect the menu."

Cons: "Delayed departure as usual unsuitable aircraft (737) for 5 hour flight. It's time Qantas steps up and puts a proper aircraft on the Singapore Perth flight. Even the budgets are more comfortable that this."

Pros: "The 787 Premium economy"

Cons: "Crew service was disgraceful"

Pros: "Pre-boarding customer service staff changed seats for extra leg-room"

Pros: "Liked service and entertainment"
Cons: "Lack of legroom"

Pros: "Ok selection of TV content. Pilot focussed on getting us to Perth quickly."
Cons: "Crew put lights out right after take off - hoping to shut us up and keep us out of the way. Poor movie selection due to streaming limitations (license issues for wireless streaming of content)"

Pros: "Thanks Qantas for a great trip home. Good food and service."
Cons: "The new uniform look is terrible."

Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "Nothing that is unique to Qantas or just flying in general."

Cons: "Na"

Pros: "The entertainment had a great selection"
Cons: "I would have liked another round of drinks. Also people were still walking around and to the toilet when the fasten seat belt sign was on..."

Pros: "On schedule departure & arrival times Seamless easy check-in at Learmonth"
Cons: "On board food offering was poor Expensive for distance travelled No onboard entertainment"

Pros: "Crew very friendly"
Cons: "Departure 50mins late, arrival 10mins late then wait 45mins for bags to arrive ... not good enough"

Cons: "I am a frequent flyer with QANTAS and a regular customer for many years. Why then do I get the worst seats on the aircraft (last row without reclining). These seats are often assigned to me and they are extremely uncomfortable. I booked a paid fare and did not claim points. My FF preferred seats are mid-plane, aisle. The screen had very poor contrast and it was like watching through cloth. To make it worse the entertainment system had very poor sound with long periods of frozen frames and staccato sound making it difficult to follow the plot. My wife's system (also FF) was the same. Not happy with the "special welcome" given to FF passengers!"

Pros: "Extraordinary crew energy, plenty of food."
Cons: "Ran a bit late and boarding queue was unusually chaotic."

Pros: "Nice seats."
Cons: "Poor selection of entertainment options. New iPad system cheaper for airline, but offers less than the in built wired system it replaced."

Pros: "The food and service were excellent!"

Pros: "Customer service was outstanding"
Cons: "There was no Sauvignon blanc on the wine list"

Pros: "The in-flight crew were just fantastic. Couldn't fault the service. Nothing seemed to hard. Thanks to all!!"
Cons: "20 minute delay in take-off."

Pros: "Faster service.. More attention to customers."
Cons: "Very bad service, entertainment and terrible food.. My food even had plastic in it.. Which I reported to the crew.. Please improve your standards."

Cons: "Crew are now full of attitude for some reason almost cold and unfriendly. Also the seats are very firm and uncomfortable."

Pros: "The crew were friendly"
Cons: "I paid $60 for an emergency exit row for more legroom but I was seated next to a giant who spread over onto my armrest forcing me to lean towards the aisle. Not his fault - he was just too big for a single seat! Food has deteriorated to a cardboard box of slop. Entertainment options were extremely limited in comparison to other carriers. Noisy aircraft, poor quality headsets (I'd inadvertently packed my NC headphones in checked luggage)."

Pros: "Crew were good & Gold ( Emerald) FFlyer so boarded well"
Cons: "Small seats (narrow) isle seat, being knocked on the shoulder by passing people"

Pros: "Everything! In the past year, I have flown on 9 flights with Qantas between the US and Australia. Each and every every flight has been comfortable and enjoyable. The flight crew is always friendly and accommodating, the food is satisfactory and I've never experienced a delay. Keep up the wonderful service."

Cons: "Quick service"
