Major flight delays, it was a 1.5-hour delay. The gate kept changing about 3 times in Seattle. very hectic and chaotic.
We were in 1st Class. Excellent service. Easy boarding. No too difficult to speak with someone on the phone. Breakfast was not eatable for me. No screen to watch movies. I don't have or want a tablet. This is first class there should be screens. Even if I had a tablet there was no place to put it. There is a place to put a tablet in economy. Seats were a bit lumpy.

They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.
I am shocked at how utterly mediocre the First Class experience was on Alaska Airlines- I really expected better. There was a delay with the food delivery, so we sat on the plane for an extra 30 minutes- not once during that time was I, nor anyone else in First Class offered anything at all, not even water. There's no tv or entertainment available? Really? In modern day? And the Wifi was $8 for the connection that actually works, but free for the connection that didn't work at all? What century is this? While friendly, the staff seemed to be much more concerned with their own personal time while working- listening to headphones, on their phones until someone needed them, I'm so disappointed I can't even believe I was able to find these words.
The flight was delayed over two and a half hours thus causing me to miss my best friend’s funeral. All because the flight crew had to get more rest. That was the reason stated. I understand however very unfortunate. Glad everyone is well rested and resting in peace.
All good except both the outbound and return flights were delayed about 1 1/2 hrs.
