Great flight attendants as always, they were super helpful and friendly. Made my kids super comfortable during long flight. The food were fine, some great taste some not so much specially the scramble eggs thats too watery. And maybe since its general food, better to not serve coffee pudding that kids cant really eat or maybe just serve different pudding for kids.
a longer gap btw the supper and breakfast would have been better - felt like the sleep was way too fragmented on this red eye flight
The quality and the quantity of food was terrible. I was starving to death at the end of the flight. Used serve 3 meals long time ago, now reduced to 2 meals during the 17 hours flight. Never offered wine or tea to us. We have to ask . Extremely hard to get the attention of the flight attendants. They intentionally ignore us to minimize the service. Bathrooms were dirty
SQ is a market leader for good reason and its 787 this time was actually comfortable and the service top notch as always.

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.
I loved the full Taylor Swift selection but felt that the other selections were limited, didn’t span the popular music eras nor a wide enough range of music genres. BUT the seat and bed were GREAT (it was wide, long enough, had great storage, firm enough to uphold body postural comfort). Outstanding crew and really great food - gourmet innovative dim sum breakfast so different from the boring standard fare offered by many other business class products.
Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.
We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.
The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.
Very bad service and food variety will never come back again
Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time
CTU-KMG-CNX with 1.5 hr connection at KMG. Doable but just barely bc immigration exit from China is at the last flight leg, here: KMG to CNX. We hauled out of the domestic terminal to reenter at the international departures (luggage checked thru to CNX thankfully). Immigration had only two agents, even though KMG gets a HUGE number of foreigners. It took forever for such a shot line. Then security also took a while, so I just just made the connection. Recommend if you exit China with domestic international transfer, plan for 2+ hrs to avoid a heart attack. Airline personnel don’t suffer if you miss the flight, you do. Plan accordingly.
Super surprised with the entire experience. Business class is incredible. Flight attendants around the world could learn customer service from these people. Simply fabulous experience all the way around.
Excellent experience however older aeroplanes used by China Eastern Airlines.
The crew were excellent, service amazing, blankets and pillow good, cabin temperature perfect, the flight on time, food was unusual selection however plentiful, price for tickets unbeatable through Kayak. Older aeroplanes used by China Eastern was the only down side.
Reasonable. What they offer during the flight is not great, but the crew is polite and try to compensate it.
Price is the main attraction. Staff is OK but difficult to communicate with them due to general lack of English. Food is truly abysmal, the main courses (4) were barely edible. The choices for breakfast served at 5:30 am prior to landing at Gatwick airport were Spaghetti Bolognese or seafood fried rice. Choices offered for all 4 mains were either something rice or noodles. Shanghai airport layover is much too long in a very poorly serviced airport. We were unable to use WiFi; private lounges required cash only payment with no ATM or cash exchange open.
Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.
Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.
Again, I was presented with birthday pastries two times as a celebrated my birthday on both legs of my trip. I will keep flying to China using China Eastern airlines. As they made this trip a special one thank you.
A lot of value considering the cheap ticket prices. All meals served were Chinese food. Would fly them again considering the ticket was half the price of any others
I have paid extra money for my special meal service but I received the the local food. Which is not acceptable.
As I mentioned flight from NY to Bangalore was excellent but the return flight from Bahrain to NYC was mediocre, Looks like a old aircraft also not much choice in entertainment.
Pretty much what you'd expect for an economy flight. The crew were excellent as usual. The food was ok, but nothing special.
Staff is rude and condescending. Airline is badly managed. They take away their flimsy earphones and blankets one hour before the lading. I’ve never experienced this with any other airline. It’s a very portly managed and run airline that should be avoided.
Loading was on time and quick Not very many people
From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
The drinks should come before food. Unable to have any fluid unless after food. Thanks

Greeting BH International Airport, Flight No. GF-2101 From Bahrain to Dammam At 1:35 am. to 2:20 am. Booking reference: WFYQEG I was informed that I will receive my baggage in Dammam Airport, later on I arrived in Dammam and I didn’t get my baggage, they claimed due to my friend Mr. Faisal didn’t show because he left the Airport and drive his own car all the way to Dammam. OK, I get it and I totally respect the system when you don’t show up your baggage get dropped from the flight, but it’s not my fault when i stay in Bahrain Airport waiting for my next flight around 5 hours then once i get to Dammam I don’t receive my baggage, because my friend who’s didn’t show up his baggage was arrived to Dammam airport, and i’m the one who deserve to get his own baggage didn’t receive anything. I think you mixed up between our baggage, the tag on my bag has his name but actually it’s mine and his bag has my name but actually it’s for him, that’s why I received his bag in DMM airport and I didn’t get mine and i was so frustrated. Also here’s the baggage numbers: GF 175011 My baggage wasn’t received GF 175008 His baggage was received and he don’t deserve to receive it because he left the airport and didn’t show up the flight For now i need to get my baggage to DMM airport please or contact me in personal please +966559600495 or this email. Flight was fine. We were in business class, so lie-flat seats were appreciated. Kids were in premium and said it was nice. Flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we missed everything we had planned in London the first day.
Gates were changed at Heathrow with nothing show on the board about 200 plus people needed to take a tram to another section of the terminal. At JFK airport, we had to wait 1 hour(!) on the tarmac after a 7 hour flight to get a gate to deboard!!
I am very disappointed with the way my seat reservation was handled. My husband and I purchased Business Class tickets and also paid extra to reserve our seats. However, our reserved seats were changed without our consent, and we were assigned different seats, separating us. Since we paid specifically for reserved seats, the airline did not provide the service we purchased. I would therefore like to request a full refund of the seat reservation fees. I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this matter. Thank you.
I can't believe you have to pay L 3.20 for a Cup of British tea on an airlines with the name British on the plane.
Long haul flight and was really good. Comfortable plane and seats. Really great service all round and always willing to help. Lovely food and drinks (Tanqueray is my favourite Gin). Media was great and helped for the long journey.
Flight was good but couldn’t sleep because bed was so uncomfortable.
This was the return leg of my trip. Tried to do online check in several times, both on BA App and online but it kept saying " it was not possible, check in at the airport". Got to Airport 3 hours before the flight to be told the flight was overbooked and I was on standby because I hadn't checked in online!!! Was told I could go and wait at the gate in case of a no show but would actually be booked on the next flight in 4 hours. At the gate I did actually get in to the original plane... And had 2 empty seats next to me.. So much for overbooked. To add insult to injury, my baggage did not arrive in LHR and was finally delivered over 24 hours later. I don't travel with BA very often.. This experience will make it even less likely, particularly as my wife had exactly the same issue 2 days later.
Bad. After 3 hours on tarmac, flight got cancelled. No assistance whatsoever from BA.
Much better than from Singapore to London, which was awful. London to ORD was business class experience expected. Friendly and helpful flight attendants, decent main course, delicious dessert, comfortable lay flat private seats.
The "new" configuration Club class provides a fantastic experience - a private pod, with great design and plenty of room to spread out. In addition, the cabin service was beyond excellent, and the food was great. Thank you for this sector, BA - it was worth every penny.
