The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.

Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines

I paid $150 to upgrade to this seat. My exit row seat had ample leg room BUT the collapsable table was broken so my food tray and drinks slid over to my lap, the screen malfunctioned.

My flight was canceled 1 minute before boarding. The customer service was owful, no one could tell us what was going happened. I spent 30hrs instead of 15 from Washington DC to Brussels. No apologie or help

With a 4 hour delay its was a very basic flight which was just bearable. We were offered food vouchers for the delay and then they didnt work, so that was annoying. Also poor communication about the delay which got pushed out 3 times.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.

Seats were too small, extremely uncomfortable. My knees were being stabbed by a broken spring in the seat in front of me.

I had connection flight. I barely made it to the next flight. I had to run to get to the next flight which was far away from where my first flight was landed . On top of that they search my stuff before boarding that added to the time. Food was ok but they forgot to serve our row with drink and also when it was our turn, they ran out of second option for food and we didn’t have any options for food.
