They forced me to check a bag. When Kayak sold me these tickets I was not informed of carry on baggage weight limits.
The food was great; the attendants were pleasant. Waiting to onboard felt stressful, as passengers who had connecting flights at SEA had to be verified again for two things before getting a real boarding pass: passport and carry-on luggage weight. The boarding pass issued by another airline (i.e., the first leg of my trip) did not count. The S terminal at SEA was barren, with lots of sensory overloads because every airline was repeatedly broadcasting long lists of names of passengers who had not gone through that verification process. The carry-on luggage weight check seemed futile to me. I saw a woman who opened her over-weight suitcase to move some items into her shoulder bag. She still boarded with two huge bags with her. I assume this check is an endeavor of ensuring fairness of the overhead bin space or optimizing fuel efficiency when gas price is through the roof, but I don't know if either goal is achieved. Nonetheless I respect the crew's dedication to the SOP.
Food tasted like the meat had freezer burn. Another thing all of our 4 check baggage was left somewhere and my oral medication for my diabetes was left in one of the lost luggage..most of the flight attendants did not know how to communicate in English.. the trip was a total nightmare
The crew need to be more friendly it seem everything such a rush situation during dinner and breakfast. Smiles to the passenger go such a long way just the service from Seattle to Taipei, service from Taipei to Bangkok were great more pleasant the flight attendant from Thailand she was very nice, as far as entertainment were amazing , wiffi connection was incredible great, I will be able to charged my phone from Seattle to Taipei and from taipei to Bangkok I won’t be able to do so flight attendant told me that because I don’t have the original iPhone charger connection has nothing to do what type of charger I have so she said there is nothing she can do about it. Foods : from Seattle to Taipei were ok no flavor , from Taipei to Bangkok I have chicken teriyaki the rice is overcooked all the flavor stuck on the aluminum wraps , breakfast the congee was on point and delicious. Will I recommend anyone to fly with Eva air go for it so you can experience yourself for myself I won’t fly with them again I’m gonna stick with Singapore airlines instead.

I am really satisfied with Eva Air and will definitely fly with them again.
Service was great didn't leave on time was not good
The flight from SEA to Taipei was on a Boeing 787-10. Economy seats were unacceptably cramped and the seats themselves were old and lacking cushion. I'm only 5'3" and couldn't cross my legs as my knees were up against the seat in front of me! I could not get WiFi to work most of the time on both flights and crew were invisible except to serve meals. The onboard entertainment also did not work reliably and was very hard to hear through the provided earbuds. The Asian vegetarian meals were interesting. I hope they can provide a fully vegan option though these meals seemed to be already. I appreciate their providing these meals options for vegans. I don't think I'll fly a 787-10 if I can help it. It was the definition of a sardine can in Economy.
My luggage was lost and didnt arrive in manila yesterday. And until now im still waiting for the confirmation if my luggage is teady for pick up in terminal 1
This was the first time traveling with China Airlines. The Crew, were all professional and bilingual. The aircraft was clean and comfortable. I upgraded to even more space; that process was simple and not super expensive. The meals served were adequate and tasty, and the choices were suitable. After experiencing long flights and being a passenger with China Airlines, I must say I will travel with them again Sincearly Anthony
We were not sat together for the longeset duration of our travel very uncomfortable didnt enjoy that they fed us at 2 am
The crew were professional and attentive. Blankets and pillows were on each seat which was appreciated. The food was served warm and had a balance of various nutritional options. As far as the monitor there were not enough English speaking choices and foreign shows did not offer English captions.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight
The crew was very professional and friendly. Although there was a water leak from panel above, the crew was trying to mitigate the consequence. We are happy with its service and the value offered. We will definitely take China Airlines again.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!
Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
The biz class to sh doesn’t even have. Tv screen , seats uncomfortable, food terrible and bathroom dirty
The economy class sitting/chairs is tight not spacious enough to sit comfortably but for other matters everything is perfect 👍☺️
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
Everything was ok except that one of my checked in baggage which was new lost 2 of its wheels and so I filed a complaint and hope they would give comoensation. otherwise, everything was good!
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
Should’ve not separated those who checked-in online and those who checked-in at the airport
the process of paying for the excess baggage weight, the check in process and the boarding process are subhuman. this is an airline devoid of customer service
Cebu Pac has a habit of changing boarding gates. They do a lot of remote boarding. So just be attentive to the announcements, especially if it's near your boarding time.

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
The check in process was horrible. We were not advised that a Visa was required. And during check in, we were told that it was only going to cost $8.00 but was actually $88.00. The female agent who checked me in last minute also gave me attitude and said to me, “galit ka pa ba?” Almost as if it were my fault thst I was frustrated. I work in the airline industry and work for a US carrier where we advise passengers if possible documents needed for travel. Not only was this female agents attitude rude and unprofessional, but she was acting as if she didn’t care about anything or whether or not I got in the flight. She kept insisting that “I wait for an email showing that my K-ETA was approved, but had I waited for an email, I would’ve missed my flight. I will never again fly on this carrier, even if they cost the cheapest, because my experience with the front line customer facing employees was horrible. Im also going to make sure I share this experience with family and friends via social media and word of mouth.
The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
Phillipines customs is so corrupt. After they made me lose my whole Thailand trip air Asia only made me wait 3 hours to get my bags and did not reschedule another flight. Philippine government treat their citizens like China and makes it horribly difficult to leave, just to leave.
No REFUND!!! My flight was delayed by 5 hours then 6 more hours making it unusable. No refunds!!!! They called it a minor delay. Because my connecting flight wasn't with kayak, no refund.
