Very god service with smile. Aircraft a bit old, TV doesn’t work, luckily we can use our mobile to connect to their TV.
Friendly flight attendants, Did not care for the food. My headphones did not work because of a faulty jack at my seat.

For ground ticketing crew to honor the seat I’ve chosen instead of separating me from my family WITHOUT INFORMING me!

On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again

A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.

You have to pay $25 to get access to smoking lounge. One coffee and small bottle of water coupon provided. Max time 2 hrs for two entries total.

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
I am a tall person so the seat was rather small for me lucky for me it was a short flight or i would not have been able to fly long distance in a seat that size.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down
Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
The front desk and early check in was fantastic and the flight did not have any turbulence
Cebu Pac has a habit of changing boarding gates. They do a lot of remote boarding. So just be attentive to the announcements, especially if it's near your boarding time.
The flight was delayed for 3 hours and I missed my transit flight.

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation
Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..
We had 3.15 min delay and disturbed over future connecting flight
The check in process was horrible. We were not advised that a Visa was required. And during check in, we were told that it was only going to cost $8.00 but was actually $88.00. The female agent who checked me in last minute also gave me attitude and said to me, “galit ka pa ba?” Almost as if it were my fault thst I was frustrated. I work in the airline industry and work for a US carrier where we advise passengers if possible documents needed for travel. Not only was this female agents attitude rude and unprofessional, but she was acting as if she didn’t care about anything or whether or not I got in the flight. She kept insisting that “I wait for an email showing that my K-ETA was approved, but had I waited for an email, I would’ve missed my flight. I will never again fly on this carrier, even if they cost the cheapest, because my experience with the front line customer facing employees was horrible. Im also going to make sure I share this experience with family and friends via social media and word of mouth.
