Cons: Being notified in advance that the flight was going to be delayed 40 minutes instead of waiting until the scheduled boarding time to say there was a delay and the delay time was undetermined.

Pros: The most impressive service found was the baggage arrival on time despite the short transient time in Abu Dhabi. In most airline this would be missed and will arrive the next flight.

Cons: - The plane was set to a freezing temperature all the time made it really uncomfortable flight for most of the passengers. - Etihad mostly runs short of veggie food and passengers are asked to go for non veg option. Not cool.

Cons: Amount of food was not enough from Hong Kong to Abu Dhabi.

Cons: I booked and paid for special seats (last row in one of the cabins ) but they changed my seats as they changed the plane!

Pros: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Pros: Because of the multiple delays in departure, they gave us free snacks, which I appreciated.

Cons: The plane was not the same plane I booked travel on. They changed it, so if it’s the 777 then it is basically widebody short haul seating in business, with a lay flat price! The seats are old and don’t work well. This has been an issue on all the flights I’ve taken between Tokyo and HKG.

Flight deck with inadequate notices. Then searched for woman’s overhead luggage. Others with delays elsewhere. Never again.

Cons: Very tight seating in the double decker near the rear particularly for a six hour flight. Food and drink were very good and check -in clerk got us on an earlier flight. Only complaint really was the lack of any leg room.

Cons: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Cons: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Pros: From Doha to lax my assigned seat was 20K and some Isidore changed it before I arrived to Doha. Then I called in to get another window seat and likely got 29K. When entering the aircraft another moron changed to to 38E. I’m so definitely getting my refund for this customer service/ flight !
