Pros: I liked everything. The crew was nice, there was leg room and if people wanted they could watch a movie. There was a nice small meal even though it was only an hour flight.

Cons: Well, I'm not exactly sure. I understand why there were many different languages for the announcements. English, Korean and Japanese. Even though that stops what you're doing on the screen, it can't really be helped, unless they know which language each person prefers in each seat and programs the message to only play in that language for each individual seat.

Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Cons: The boarding crew at the gate did not say anything while weighing the carry on bag. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told.

Pros: I slept. Food was fine even though I forgot to order vegetarian. Movie selection seemed extensive too.

Cons: We had reservations for 3 persons. When we arrived, we were required to upgrade (90,000 yen total) in order to be seated together. We made the reservation 2 months earlier. Seems like it would have been possible to put us together.

Pros: The FAs were all awesome & helpful. Restrooms were clean all the time. They even carried my sister’s hand carry luggage to the waiting cart upon arrival in Incheon.

Cons: LAX boarding gate was awful. We walked up to boarding area which was soooo far. Then rode a shuttle w very very limited seats so my disabled sister had to stand in the crowded shuttle before walking again to another boarding area. It was horrible.

Pros: Great crew and entertainment. Terrible experience at CDG airport but that’s the airports fault.

Cons: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Cons: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Cons: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Cons: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!

Cons: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Cons: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.
