Missing 3 out of 10 checked in bags.Transfers in London and Chicago are chaotic.

Although we paid for pre-assigned seat assignments to sit together, on our flight from LHR to BOS our seats were reassigned at boarding with my 10 year old daughter seated apart from us in an exit row. We were assigned the last boarding group with little overhead space left when boarding. As a result my carryon was at my feet the entire flight making it very cramped.

I purchased premier economy seats but I was seated one row off and was sitting in economy my bottle of water and cookie did not compare to the menus handed OP it in premier.

Work being done at DIA made it difficult to find BA desk.

Food and crew were consistent with a high-end airline. App is on the level of what you’d see for a small regional carrier. I was charged $600 in fees that the gate agent in London assured me I wouldn’t have to pay, additionally, the app charged an upgraded seat choice and then put me in a less expensive seat. No response to emails to BA asking for help with refund. Probably won’t use BA again if I don’t get a response. In the air, BA is a world class airline. On the ground, they seem to operate on the level of a discount airline like Spirit.

The flight was very delayed in taking off - which was out of control of the crew, but then the pilot worked hard so we only arrived about 30 minutes late. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

Flight was canceled with little notice or explanation. There were no other flights to Belfast from Heathrow, so I had to travel across town to London City (or wait until the next day).

In the "old" configuration Club class, in an aisle seat you are literally sleeping in the aisle with no privacy at all. In addition, there is hardly any storage space, and it is hard to make sense of the seat controls.

Everything was excellent, although flight delayed however can’t control that, but what I don’t understand is why the smallest portion of food ie: bit of rice & bit of chicken (no exaggeration) no salad, no veges, nothing else, but cake & icecream later…this is just not a great reflection on the quality of airlines. People spend $1,500 on a flight surely airlines can spend an extra $1 on their passengers meals…even bread & butter can do the trick. ESP on a 8 hour flight! Cutting costs is one thing, but this is just not ok.
