Cons: Horribly expensive bag check in if your bag is over the weight limit. It's $26 online at time of booking, but we found that our carry ons were barely over the size limit, in weight, and we were charged $60 PER BAG at the check in.

Pros: The check in agent offered us exit row seats without prompting because my husband is 6'4"!

Cons: The fact that my flight has been cancelled just the night before the due flight. It's been a pain to reschedule

Cons: Flight was cancelled and next available was nearly 4hrs later and left late! And then they have the gall to tell you to board quickly. Emails all about trying to frighten you into paying for extra luggage and sell you mediocre food and pay for a seat allocation.

Pros: When we finally worked out where we were suposed to go the staff were very nice. Good diversity of people although nearly all very young.

Cons: long queues again for checking in and baggage check. No signage for bus to domestic air terminal or even a general direction. Just have to keep asking randome people in flouro jackets where we should go. Then bus very crowded.

Cons: delayed flight and having to take time to get every piece of carry on luggage weighed - having to move 1 kg from one suitcase to another when we were traveling together fro goodness sake

Pros: The crew were amazing and the seats were super comfy. The Captain was very smooth on take off and touch down, he was also very informative during the flight.

Cons: We did not get on the flight, there was no staff available to check in our bags. Everyone we spoke to was rude and abnoxious at Brisbane airport. The only people were lovely and helpful were the volunteers in the blue shirts who tried to direct us in the right direction. We finally got on a flight and still had to pay for it.

Cons: This flight was purchased as business/first class and upon checking economy seat tickets were printed. We are NOT happy with the downgrade after American Airlines was more than happy to take our money for the higher class ticket. We would not have booked this flight as a red eye had we known we would have had economy seating. On top of which, the unseat entertainment for the row we were seated in was not working. I am usually quite happy with the American Airlines flights between Boston and LA, however this unexpected downgrade was not only surprising but extremely disappointing.

Cons: I didn't like that when I submitted my request to fly from Melbourne that Jetstar flew from 2 airports. I found this confusing and caused a problem since I'm unfamiliar with the area.

Pros: Seat didnt have adjustable head rest, seat did not recline. Lights stayed on nearly the entire time even though it was a flight from 10-2am AEST.

Pros: crew was friendly, online checkin opens 72 hrs before and they send notification email as a reminder.

Cons: 3 hour delay after changing the time of my flight completely the day before. Then no service on the flight at all.

Cons: I didn't like that there are a lot of hidden fees with Jetstar. I didn't realize you needed to purchase bags for the flight and was unpleasantly surprised when we got to the airport and were told it was going to be $160 to get our bags on our flight and that if we would be paid for it a day before it would have been substantially cheaper. Also, nothing was provided for free on the flight-not even water or the entertainment for a 6 hour long flight.

Pros: The plane left on time, the boarding took 25 minutes but was on time. My seat wasn't quite working properly but it only reclines a small amount anyway so no issues. Disembarkation was orderly and quick and I was on the train to the city in minutes. From the long term carpark the bus stops right out front and likewise to pick you up. Kiosk checkin was easy and the trip on the escalator upstairs was straightforward. for 50% cheaper than Qantas and Virgin Blue i am sold.

Cons: Seems strange that your boarding pass is checked three times. Arriving there and checking in 45 minutes beforehand given the new terminal seems a bit over the top but the plane does leave on time. Meals are expensive for what they offer on board but you can always bring your own.

Cons: Oversold flight. Paid for a ticket to get home to attend mother's 70th birthday...Tiger resolved the problem by putting me on a flight more than 4 hours later. Missed my mother's birthday. My compensation - an $85 credit on an airline I will NEVER fly again. They can never compensate me for my missing family memories.

Cons: Flight was delayed for no reason at all. Rude staff. Forced a domestic flight to land/take off at an international terminal so we had to go through customs control before taking off and after arrival. Pay some more money and fly Qantas or anything but awful Jetstar...
