Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.
On time and a quick flight and staff vert good
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Cons: "Business does not have salad for everyone, I missed out salad"
Pros: "Everything was fine, a bit late taking off but the time was made up"
Cons: "Plane was old seats are not what you expect for the cost and being supposedly business class"
Pros: "Everything was barely adequate. All the flights on this trip was substandard. Planes seemed old and dirty. Really disappointed."

Cons: "An old plane for a long haul to Australia, uncomfortable seats, freezing temperature in the cabin, mediocre food. Not what a traveler expects in business class in today’s travel world."
Cons: "The flight was held up in Sydney airspace by traffic control causing a short but significant delay which was not recognised by Qantas even though they knew we were connecting to International."
Cons: "The airport closure wasn't PALs fault but the absolute lack of organisation and an attitude "act of God so look after yourself" is disgusting. Flying business expected some service but had nothing and they smiled and said they rebooked me 16 days later. Other airlines would book you on different carriers but not PAL. Last time no matter what special deal they offer."

Pros: "Melbourne has got self check in and bag drop working well....Sydney, take note and passengers be ready for it. That said the ground crew are there to help, but read the signs and don't get cranky if you hey sent back to do what you're meant to. On board, the cheese and cracker snack pack I got was great, nice to see complimentary snacks and drinks being maintained. Onboatd wifi via the app worked well and was actually able to use inflight entertainment on hand held device online the Sydney to Melbourne leg"

Pros: "We enjoyed our low cost flight with Jetstar. Check in was quick and easy. Boarding was also. We didn't purchase any food or entertainment which is why I gave each of those categories 1 star (there's no N/A or doesn't apply-type option)."
Cons: "Seats on Jetstar are a bit uncomfortable but for a short flight, it doesn't matter as much. Also, the luggage went to the wrong carousel for many folks on our flight."
Pros: "Everything went well and was as advertised. This is a low cost carrier so their business model relies on extra charges for everything. Prepaid my luggage for $19 each way and decided not to order any food (much cheaper at the airport anyway). People just have to be aware that low cost carriers like Jetstar can offer such affordable fares by excluding many things. Qantas would have been approximately 2x as expensive per flight and would have included more things, but the appeal of low cost is to be able to choose what you need."

Cons: "Check is cthe confusing. First you cannot check in online. It was a domestic flight but check in was in international terminal. The lines were confusing and we had to change lines because of the confusion. There was no one to answer your querstions. I had to interrupt an check in person who was helping someone else so not to be late for flight."
