Pros: In general, the service is OK, but not outstanding. Try to do better!
Cons: There is still room for improvement. Flight attendants need to be better trained in dealing with passengers. Spend the time to "listen" thoroughly instead of saying "OK I know" & then fuffill the passengers request. Sometimes, little details matter, even they did the job right. Try to do better!
Pros: fast boarding time Premium Economy
Cons: entertainment system keeps crashing even after hard reset, Premium Economy class seat limited space not worth that upgrade. They're switch back to Boeing 777-ER from the new Boeing 787.
Cons: 3 hours delay I miss my professional meeting in Shanghai because of this big delay !!! I Sky Team Flying Blue Platinum for Life and this is the first time I got a bad seat and no window
Cons: It’s a very long flight and I had the unfortunate luck of getting a broken entertainment unit.
Cons: I lost my bag, its untraceable right now . The airline was not that supportive and i haven't heard from them till now.
Pros: Friendly crew! More legroom, good entertainment and food was great! Smooth landings pretty much on time.

Pros: Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good.

Cons: I didnt like that Kayak.com said I had a return seat picked out. THEN went online to see I had no return seat even though one printed on e ticket. Had to call Hainan directly to fix it. Also didnt like that since I bought through Kayak.com I couldn't do 24 hour prior flight online check in. Only allowed to check in at the airport 3 hours prior to flight.

Cons: Flight from Istanbul to Mumbai was not that great. Leg space was not that great. Food overall was pretty same across the 3 meals. Expect more variety which I have seen on other airlines like Emirates and Etihad.
Cons: - Boarding took too much time because the airline called all passengers to board, instead of asking to board by their seat zone. - The space between seat is too narrow so I couldn't stretch my legs. - The seats are very old and little bit dirty - The seats were not properly cleaned.
