I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.
After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss
Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.
The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.

Economy is very uncomfortable. Feels like they are punishing you for flying economy. There was no premium economy at all in the plane. Obviously old vintage plane, They should not be flying those planes. It is dangerous. Need to think more of passenger comfort than their money pocketbook. Hari Doss
American Airlines Business Class does not meet the standard it should when compared with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, or Air France. The flight attendants often appear disengaged and fatigued, with forced smiles, noticeable attitude, and occasional rudeness. Food options are subpar, the overall ambiance feels cheap and outdated, and the cabin design reflects a past era rather than current premium expectations. Lastly, the aircraft itself felt old and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience is not competitive with what peer airlines are offering today.
The flights were on time and the cabin crew were very nice. The only downside was that the food was not good
I like the intention and service of the flight crew. Japanese values were observed and appreciated as a customer.
In general, Japan Airlines was great! The flight attendants are kind and attentive. I was surprised to receive a late dinner on this flight, as most U.S. airlines do not serve a full meal. Because of this late meal, the lights in the cabin were not turned down until very late. I was hoping to sleep, but couldn't with the lights on so late. Also, this was a red-eye flight. Food was delicious and plentiful. Seats are very comfortable!
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again

my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.
A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.
There was no social distancing on the plane. Lots of people sneezing, etc so the coronavirus measures they are taking are not adequate. Very uncomfortable flight. Also hard to get customer service support by phone in English.

Quite ordinary, as might be expected of a budget flight. It was difficult to understand the instructions unless one speaks Japanese, and the seats were quite basic.
Very easy process overall. The staff communicated well and everything was efficient.
Very affordable, smooth check in process, flight attendants were safe and kind, lots of flight availability within Japan.
The seat is so bad Can’t recline the chair
For Travelers with babies, if they can be supported by allowing to carry the Baby stroller upto the Airplane gate, and not submit at the Check-In counter. it will be very convenient. Thankyou.
