Cons: They kept delaying this flight but not telling us. First it was delayed to 6:50; at 6:51 I asked whether it was further delayed and was told no, we were about to board. Five minutes later the screen said 7:15 (and later, 7:35); at no point was there any announcement about these further delays. They then stowed carry-on luggage below, so passengers lost access to any entertainment in their carry-on. There was no entertainment on board.

Cons: Check in crew was so inflexible, and demanding. She wanted me to open a careful-sealed box just to take a pound out. Whrist my other luggage was only 48 pounds! I understand it is part of my fault not to be careful when weigh the boxes but she should have asked nicely. I would rate 0 for the bad behavior. This is not a first time I have bad experienced with United Airlines. I would not recomend this airlines.

Excellent 10.0

Pros: United flight from AVP TO EWR than TO EWR was great

Cons: Coming back I didn't like that I had to comeback with Air Canada to EWR. They forced me to check in my carry on. I don't care about the money just didn't like the attitude thati was treated. However United services very friendly.

Pros: Sitting in the flight on the Tarmac for over 2 hours is a terrible experience

YYZ

Mediocre 2.3

Pros: The flight was short

Cons: We had to walk almost halfway to Newark just to get to the flight. It was outside on the Tarmac at the very very very end of the terminal, I've never seen anything like it before. We also left a travel folder in the seat back pocket containing important documents and a sealed envelope of 1000$ USD. We immediately called to retrieve it and at first were told to file a complaint online, no matter how many times we tried to tell them that time was of the essence in this situation. We also begged the united airlines personnel to speak with a manager and he wouldn't put one on the phone. In the end all they could tell us is that the folder "wasn't there"

Cons: Incredible long walk passengers should be told when you have such a distance to walk. Passport sign in is not very user friendly should be a better scanner and easier questions they are confusing

Good 6.6

Pros: Crew was efficient and personable.

Cons: Two and a half hour delay leaving EWR because aircraft was late from prior destination. UAL said FAA limited flights coming in due to weather. Although scattered light rain, no seemingly unusual weather at EWR. No special reward once on the flight to make up for that delay (I.e. still charged for snacks and alcoholic drinks). Delay was very frustrating. Also, not a fan of selections on United WiFi entertainment - very limited.

Pros: Fantastic minus the fact this flight was canceled without any notification.

Cons: I wasn't notified that my flight was cancelled until I tried to check in online a few hours before. Then I was booked on a terrible next day combination. I had to book with another carrier for $400. I missed out on time and money.

Prices are per person, are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in AUD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
