I was refused extra bottled water. No entertainment the whole flight, Loud buzzing in galley 60H entire trip."

Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Legroom was cramped -- As a 6'2" (188 cm) man, I always have request aisle seating but was given a middle row seat. These should be reserved for shorter passengers only who do not require many ups and downs from their seats during the flight. No one should have to pay to choose a seat ahead of time! Except Qantas, I've never seen an airline charge to choose a regular, non-premium seat. That is ridiculous to charge $30, especially when the airfare was over $1300."

When the people in front of us layed their seats down we could not even move and when meals were served the flight attendants had to ask the passengers in front of us to please put their seats up so that they could serve us food. Then when the service was over the people layed their seats right down...they were literally in our laps."

Got off jet with neck cramped...got on jet via rear door after walk and wait about 10 minutes on hot tarnac with sun belting into back of the unfortunate rear seaters...hostess apologised but i felt sorry for any older/ sick people. We were cooking on a hot plate like prawns !!!"

I also LOVED the unexpected brilliant in-house video of psychology. Dr Andrew Ley(?) Food was great, nothing ridiculous, hot tasty and healthy. I liked there was no over packaging that took up my tray table room. Jetstar is a torture chamber with those seats that cause your back to curl over."
