Cons: I went online to put that I needed gluten free food and when everyone else was getting their food I was told no gluten free food on domestic flights so I got no food. You need to take that option off of your website if you don’t intend to serve people with celiac.

Pros: The crew did well checking up on everyone regularly and the plane was comfortable.

Cons: The meal was not very good. I would have really appreciated a small snack or desert also. The crew also seemed easily irritated at times.

Cons: Leaving the day before. Not having just one but three delays and three changes of flights.

Pros: Very punctual and well managed

Cons: Not the best landing and could've moved people from allocated seats to make flight more spacious

Cons: Pre bought meals and wasn't permitted hot chocolate for children. Eventually given and nothing said. On the journey over hot choc offered. Not a big deal. I think you fall down in customer service by not supplying a little like coffee and hot choc and a free snack. Possably will avoid flying Jetstar again. Service is paramount. And no entertainment available because it wasnt a long haul just a short haul though international. Mmmmm no to Jetstar i feel. I own a resort and i know what customer service must feel like.

Pros: I like the lady who checked me in.

Cons: First of all, your selection of food could be way better. You’re traveling between two places that have extensive access to rice - why is your gluten-free menu so poor? Your airline crew are scary and I’m worried that if there was a true emergency none of them would know how to get us off the plane safely.

Pros: Value for money flight.

Cons: Flight running late causing ongoing difficulties later in the evening. Flight crew could have been more aware and in control of rowdy, annoying passengers causing difficulties for others.

Pros: Clean and tidy aircraft, pleasant crew, on time

Cons: wouldnt want a longer journey as the seats are narrow and uncomfortable

Pros: Easy, cheap and great for short-haul flight

Cons: cramped, but was on a new plane which was actually much better than other tiger flights i've taken!

Cons: Seat pitch was very tight. Boarding by stairs and not jetway.

Cons: Little room and having the seat in front reclined back as soon as possible, and until the very end of the flight. Reclining economy seats in minimal space budget airlines are just plain rediculous. Have those airline bisses never tried their own cattle class?

Pros: I loved the process and crew communication in consideration of the amount of passengers.

Cons: Considering the media coverage of an airborne virus killing people seemingly quickly - I would have expected an airline (travelling from the genesis of the disease) to supply face masks.... the crew and other passengers expressed similar concerns, perhaps a decent consideration.

Cons: I had to claim my bag between Jetstar flights and then go through security again to my second leg....I flew from Hobart to Auckland today. So at Melbourne I spent several hours in the process Of going to claim my bag, going through security again and rechecking it. Horror...terrible experience. I will never fly Jetstar again....they do not transfer bags between the flights on their own airlines which I booked under the same ticket.

Pros: The flight was routine and got us to where we wanted to go

Pros: There is absolutely nothing about this flight or this airline that I enjoyed in the slightest.

Cons: Everything. The staff was completely unorganized and understaffed and incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I ended up with two tickets for my daughter on the same flights as one of their affiliates had problems with their website so it told me I wasn’t successful booking when i later found out the message was wrong. In the interim i booked the small flights on Tiger. I called both companies 4 times got the usual Asian call center responses and finally someone had the guts to tell me they would do nothing about it. Just insane and that’s what you will be if you ignore my advice. My daughter ended up with two flights she could never use and they would not do a single thing to help apart from go through their call center script to keep their jobs. You have been warned. Kayak should never refer people to gotogate.com. They offer similar customer service and would also do nothing.

Pros: The jumbo-ness of the craft. I felt kind of like being on a cruise ship - which is good! The attendants were terrific.

Cons: Overhead light kind of spilled over to my neighbor's seat (me being in the outer aisle chair) even after being adjusted as much out as possible. Not a problem if my neighbor had one of those sleep masks...

Cons: The crew’s attitude to passengers and manner of communication. The flight was delayed by about 20 to 25 minutes but there were no announcements about it or apologies for the inconvenience.
