Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Excellent crew service. Professional, courteous. Service with a smile. Good food Very decent flight experience

First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍

Food was served to different people at different times and it wasn't clear why. The crew apologized for the wait. But it felt odd and inconsistent. They could use charging ports on each of the seats. Mine didn't have any. Also, they could've offered more snacks. It was a 12+ hour flight and no snacks were ever offered. Everything else was OK.

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.

I have difficulties to book wheelchair for my parents returned flight

Lounge a access was excellent as was the attentiveness and service from the crew as always. The food and drink supplied were of good quality. The entertainment system had a good selection and I liked the mapping system supplied. However the screen wild have been bigger and the operation a little smoother to navigate. The seats were barely comfortable, but adequate.

Seat is too small. Food selection is limited and often ran out of selectable item.

The staff from beginning to end we're friendly and helpful. The food and beverages were quite good (but see the comment below). I also liked their entertainment options, as we'll as their frequent attention to the airplane restrooms. Here are the reasons this is not a 5-star review: - You have to pay for WiFi on the plane unless you have some level of seat upgrade. - CP sent me a warning that the name I entered to book didn't match my passport. True, but the form for entering my name didn't allow for anything but a middle initial. This lead to a lot of chats, phone calls and stress before finding out at the ticket counter that it didn't matter. CP has modified their notice to now tell you this key bit of info. - After consuming a chicken dinner they offered (Kathmandu to Hong Kong), I developed symptoms entirely consistent with salmonella, beginning about 6 hours later. There were some odd things about the serving of this meal, too. Our row was the last one served, and we were given a tray without the entree on it. About 10 minutes later the stewardess came by and said they only had one chicken meal left. My seat mate and I decided he would have the lamb and I would take the chicken. I think I lost. I suspect that this entree was left over from an earlier flight and they were scrambling to get the last row fed. My seat mate and I were the last two to receive our entrees. I am not accusing CP of giving me a contaminated meal - just that the onset and progress of symptoms closely match those of salmonella poisoning. I opted out of the first meal on the next flight 13 hours later, but was fine after that.

Frequent Flyer number should.have been put in at time of booking.

Very attentive crews Flight was very smooth and safe Only little disappointment was the slight delay of departure (~30 minutes ) which rarely happen with CX flights

Not at all satisfactory. I had stomach upsets after taking food. Quality of Asian vegetarian meal was awful. Further there was no snacks/ fruits/ biscuits available as in between snacks.. only peanuts and pitzels.. except courteous staff rest of my experience was far from satisfactory

I do not think there was much that could have been done to make it better. The delayed flight was due to bad weather. The turbulent patches were very unavoidable. Am simply thankful that there were no sudden and / or sharp drops during the flight. I do extend my compliments to captain Marcus I believe was his name and the rest of the crew. They all did an excellent job. My only question is whether I get a refund since the seats I had chosen and paid for were reassigned.

Very bad. Flight got delayed and missed my transfer flight twice. Had to stay overnight in Hong Kong and the next flight booked was also delayed.i had the worst experience flying from Singapore to San Francisco. Lots of delays and rerouting.

The flight from Hong Kong to Hyderabad didn’t have any power points to charge my mobile. Given we are no longer allowed to use power banks, giving customers the ability to charge even on short flights is critical part of the overall experience.

I didn’t use entertainment But everything else was of excellent quality

The experience was very good. A little disappointed for the delays and the screen. The touch screen was annoying for being so irresponsive. Not a lot of good movie choices for me. The service is great. Food could have more choices though.

Food no choice just give it seams trying to finish what ever you have in hand

The crews were very professional and courteous. Pleasant flight and thank you!

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc

Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

Flights were delayed, Food was good but only 1 meal instead of 2.

Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.
