Pleasant business class flight experience with good onboarding experience. Flight service team was excellent with usual book-the-chef menu available

Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.

The staff on the plane were attentive and friendly. The frustration with the cabin crew was that we were served second to special diet people. And, we were in economy section. The boarding staff was mediocre. Got scolded for requesting to sit with spouse on 14 hours long flight home. Was told they cannot break up families for us. Didn’t understand how we were denied sitting together as we are husband and wife. After many words of exchange, we were accommodated. Cleaning crew did a horrible job! Bathrooms were unsanitary or dirty from beginning of flight! Didn’t expect sparkling as its economy, but did except decent.

The food wasn’t good at all. I skipped meals .

Excelent service and plenty of food and drinks during the flight. Flight crew very attentive to our needs. Leg room between rows are very disappointing.

Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

It was very good experience on board to Sydney with SQ.

Good experience although the boarding gate is at the terminal extension hence need to leave lounge to head over earlier.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience

I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.

The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.

Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.

Seats were uncomfortable and the vegetarian meal was awful. Some of the entertainment didn't work.

Except that our flight was cancelled, by mail, and later moved to 12 hours prior, then the experience was good. In Bangkok we were offered a hotel, it was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance😉

The flight was mostly fine, but I really wished that seats had an outlet to charge devices considering the length of the flight (15 hours there and 14 hours back).

Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean

Terrible. It’s like they are stuck in the dark ages. I brought a standard carry on suitcase and a back pack - I was told I could only carry on 7kg per bag - in business class, I was forced to remove articles from the suitcase and put them into my backpack! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered in all my years of flying. The two bags weighed the same amount but one could not be more than 7kg. Holy cow.

Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

Flights were delayed, Food was good but only 1 meal instead of 2.

Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.

Vast improvement needed in customer service. I couldn’t get the drink of my choice during both meals (i.e. sparking water and Diet Coke). I had used plastic cups falling onto me from the tray. No eye contact when they thank you on the way out signalling an insincere thank you.

Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.

The flight isn’t great, as the plane has faulty with light and noise. It blinks and make noise for 8hrs non stop! Causing health and sensory issues! Causing Hazard matter to all 3 babies that on bassinet seats. This matters affected 12 passengers and the most horrible flight I ever experience. Have been flying with MAS for more 30yrs and this is the worst! Very disappointed

AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Very bad experience luggage never made to destination no help form airlines staff aircraft was old crappy forts staff service bad airlines staff

The boarding experience was very organized and easy to follow. The flight was pleasant and the food provided was also very good. Both Delhi and Mumbai airport have metro connections which make getting around much easier.

Food, choice of menu and quantity were poor. Crew services were even poorer, not attending call bittons

Undisputed leader in sky for Indians. Very good crew right from ground to mid sky. Very sumptuous meals twice

There’s no comparison for new avatar of air India. Long live Air India. Amazing hospitality and ultra soft polite charming crew

I reached the check in counter 1 hour before take off and was denied boarding because the luggage could no longer be transferred to the flight. I was aback when throughout the world(including India) for a domestic flight, you need to report 1 hour before boarding. Then on top of that i was made to buy a brand new ticket. I had paid $350 for a business ticket between delhi and mumbai and then was made to buy another economy ticket for $100, No concessions/discounts were made for the airline's own inefficiency! The reservation counter was also extremely rude and unapologetic about making me pay a second time. For such a mediocre airline, there seems to be zero focus on providing good service to their customers and providing a pleasant experience.

We had extra baggage which is an ordinary event. The check-in counter experience for them to calculate the additional amount owed and collect payment was terrible - very manual, multiple counters to resolve, took more than 30 minutes

Worst staff from Vienna. one of the server was very rude and annoying as she thinks she owns the airlines

Overall it was good. But air planes should be upgraded.

Bad seats. Broken entertainment system. Charging port not working. Seats were broken worn out. Crew was amazing. They helped as much as they could.
