Nothing special to mention

No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!

Rude staff, no responsibility taken by the airline for delayed flights. Although already checked in and the board stated it was boarding we were told we missed the flight after waiting around in the lobby for hours. Apparently easyjet and the airport boards don't communicate with one another? Took 40 minutes to escort us back to the front of the airport then had to pay an extra 160 quid to change to the next flight. Coming back the flight almost landed on an unclear strip so we had to pull back up when we were very close to the ground which scared a lot of people. Felt like we were treated like cattle rather than people. Although our trip was wonderful everything easyjet related was awful. Parking price due to delays cost me a further 100 quid at Luton airport. Flight time is 45 minutes. We arrived 2 hours after the time we were supposed to arrive. Another couples bag was lost, 5-6 were told they missed their flight when they had not missed their flight and they also had to pay extra, extremely unhelpful.

Absolutely nothing

They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either.

Child in seat in front coughed and sneezed constantly. I wished his accompanying father had made him use a hankerchiff. Could airlines not advise sick passengers to use tissues or even masks to avoid spreading germs?

No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight.

Great cheerful helpful crew as ever, even if the lady on the bag on the bag drop seemed rather unhappy.

Luton Airport. This is the first time I have landed there and I think it competes for the worst airport in the world. Very cramped, long queues at passport control, toilets out of order everywhere, awful decor, terrible signage. Dirty crowded, depressing. And the train service at the station is also dreadful.

the crew are nice, they gave me their personal phones to contact my family when we had 4 hours delay in the plane and I had no wifi to connect with them.

There's no lifts to board the planes. So with your on-board luggage, a buggy and a baby it is really hard with the stairs and there's no one around to help

I loved the service this time around, although Im not normally the biggest fan. Also the boarding was very quick and considering planes were struggling in and out of France, glad we were able to fly at all.

The flight was delayed, although it wasn't the company's fault. The backs of the seats don't really go down at all, which I'd like actually.

The flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. They made me checkin my bag based on the pre tense that the flight was completely booked whereas it was no where close to full. After arriving in London there was no information which belt my luggage will arrive and I had to search for close to an hour to find my bag

The price on kayak with easy jet doesn't reflect end price as you have to pay extra for baggage. other airlines include baggage as is per the norm. East Jet do their very best to get money from you in any way possible.

Comfortable seat, helpful check in agent gav me a good seat. For a "low cost"airline it was better than most regulars .

Child in seat in front coughed and sneezed constantly. I wished his accompanying father had made him use a hankerchiff. Could airlines not advise sick passengers to use tissues or even masks to avoid spreading germs?

Rude staff, no responsibility taken by the airline for delayed flights. Although already checked in and the board stated it was boarding we were told we missed the flight after waiting around in the lobby for hours. Apparently easyjet and the airport boards don't communicate with one another? Took 40 minutes to escort us back to the front of the airport then had to pay an extra 160 quid to change to the next flight. Coming back the flight almost landed on an unclear strip so we had to pull back up when we were very close to the ground which scared a lot of people. Felt like we were treated like cattle rather than people. Although our trip was wonderful everything easyjet related was awful. Parking price due to delays cost me a further 100 quid at Luton airport. Flight time is 45 minutes. We arrived 2 hours after the time we were supposed to arrive. Another couples bag was lost, 5-6 were told they missed their flight when they had not missed their flight and they also had to pay extra, extremely unhelpful.

The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year

No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight.

The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane.

The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy.

the crew are nice, they gave me their personal phones to contact my family when we had 4 hours delay in the plane and I had no wifi to connect with them.

we had 4 hours delay in the plane in our way back from Amsterdam to London. 4 hours delay for various reasons.

Great cheerful helpful crew as ever, even if the lady on the bag on the bag drop seemed rather unhappy.

Luton Airport. This is the first time I have landed there and I think it competes for the worst airport in the world. Very cramped, long queues at passport control, toilets out of order everywhere, awful decor, terrible signage. Dirty crowded, depressing. And the train service at the station is also dreadful.
