It used to be there before. When asked the staff is very politely responds on what is going on but the rest of the passengers do not know what's going on. Wonder why the staff do not follow the seating process by zone as mentioned on the boarding pass."

Pros: "The food was good and the service was great. I also had a great seat in the front row."

Pros: "Awesome plane, lovely cabin crew, overall went above and beyond to make it as best a flight they could for us! I will definitely fly (and prioritise) emirates as a preferred airline from now on."
Cons: "No tea only coffee. No extra drinks. Crew unenthusiastic. Fewer decent English movies. Will be looking elsewhere after 14 years of being emirates-loyal."
Pros: "Extremely quiet plane since they placed people in front of the half empty plane. Great plane food and internet access, limited to text but still incredibly useful to text people from the air."
Pros: "E v e r y t h i n g ..... I understand now why they are the number ONE airlines in service. We travel enough to see the BIG difference. Thumbs up. Please don't change !!!!"
Pros: "The seat was comfortable."
Cons: "I wasn't offered any refreshments upon boarding and had to locate an attendant just to receive service. Although I normally order the low cholesterol meal I asked the attendant to provide with its contents before serving so that I could decide whether to choose from the menu. Twenty minutes later the low cholesterol plate was served and not once was I offered the opportunity to make a selection of my own choosing."
Pros: "Great service"
Pros: "the flight was on time"
Cons: "Despite booking wheelchair assistance throughout, my parents did not get that benefit."
Cons: "Got moved to right near the galley and crew talked loudly complaining about people, during sleeping time and the light was too bright to sleep. Limited vegan food available. Everything seemed too much trouble for a lot of staff, they were rude and impolite. Delay boarding in singapore."

Pros: "Excellent entertainment on a comfortable sized tv screen."

Cons: "Boarding was a bit disorganized."
Pros: "On that route the plane can be quite empty on the Melbourne-Singapore leg, meaning lots of space to sleep in coach."
Cons: "Food served very fast (I barely had my first bite that they came with coffee and tea and never seen again). Quality of the food was ok."
Pros: "I enjoyed my first time flying with Emirates from Australia to New Zealand The checking in was quick, easy and the staff were friendly. The crew were polite, and friendly with excellent customer service. Refreshments and Entertainment were first class. I will be flying Emirates from now on."
Pros: "I like the selection of movies."
Cons: "The check-in and gate staff were trying to weigh our carry-ons and make us adjust things when ultimately does it matter how much weight I can carry on the flight? What if I gained 20 pounds since I booked my ticket. Will I be charged? Seriously, if it's that big of a deal, there should be a limit on weight of the person plus their carry-ons. Thin people should not be hassled! I am saving a hundred or so pounds by not weighing so much! Stop hassling us for carry-ons!"
Pros: "Comfortable cabin, attentive crew, if somewhat aloof. Food okay, but better than a 2 ounce package of salty pretzel mix for $3! All in all, quite good."
Cons: "Nothing comes to mind."
