I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that
Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around
Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.
It was a good experience, the flight was a little too long & the food was ok

We had 2 delayed LATAM flights in our trip. We were only given one coffee for 5 hours delay. Also when we were boarding the crew wanted to charge us for our allowed carry on luggage. I got a bit angry and they finally didn’t charge anything. Not flying with LATAM again.
Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.
As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.
Very courteous crew, the food was good and the flight was on time.
They rerouted flight to LAX. Offered nothing but a 5 hr drive to SBP. No compensation. No regards to our healthy and safety.
Pretty turbulent, but not anyone’s fault. They got us there. Impressed that they carried on with a drink service.
Everything about the flight was good. My one complaint would be that we were required to pay for a seat in order to select our seats before the flight. When I pay for a ticket I think the seat selection should be included.
Good experience and food is and service are good as well
We were told our seats were switched which put us in row 1 instead of 12. We were not able to keep our personal items with us. This caused us not to be able to have our gum to pop our ears and we weren’t able to get our iPads out due to the seat belt sign never turning off.
Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.
Check in, boarding processes were fine. Crew was great; pleasant and helpful. The food was absolutely terrible. One expects decent food, especially in Business class. The evening meal was edible. The before landing " meal" was inedible. Don't serve food that doesn't do well after hours of refrigeration ( frozen?), like a chicken burger (soggy bun, rubbery chicken)and fries (cold and hard).
Boarding did not give first class prefernce, ahead of othwr group passengers. Cabin crew were ok, food was mediocre.
Honestly didn’t like anything. Crew was in rush . Food was ok and there was no whiskey. Have to pay extra $ if you want to drink whiskey . They only provide wine and beer.
Both of the first class flight attendants were rude, to everyone, not just us. Not acceptable!
Flight delayed 3 times due to maintenance (on exact same plane that had just brought us from Boston to Miami). Eventually changed to a different plane and gate.
The usual wait at Columbus once you land to get to an open gate (20 minutes) and then the usual 30 minutes for your luggage to appear.
American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.
Closed the doors on 9 people rushing through the airport for the flight with delays all over the AA terminal. Ended up reopening the gate after 10 minutes and stressing the customers who had all sat on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes with bottleneck AA traffic. Discourteous and unprofessional staff at the gate initially. Worse experience with AA ever. Okay on the plane. Pilot was fine through tough weather.
Delayed flights and lost bags. It was a terrible experience this time.
Lack of information. No meal for a 6hr international flight that departs during dinner time
It was great. It was just a commuter so I splurged on first class and it was wonderful. Wish all seats were this spacious. Enjoyed it and will do it again.
The seats are so small and we are average size people. We paid for emergency row for the leg room but the seats are tiny.
This time my flight was smooth and uneventful. They started boarding even earlier than it was scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
