It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Horrific checkin procedure with neither Delta nor Latam figuring out how to check me in. 4 hrs on customer support with both and both airlines pointing to each other who should do checking. I was not checked in until morning of flight, which for international flight is concerning.

Flight from Lima to São Paulo didn’t have USB plug to charge the cellphone.

Tough flight with turbulence… I was told by a fellow passenger that it is common. Nonetheless, very stressful. Cordial staff.

We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.

The plane boarded and deplaned twice before the crew timed out. Flight was 7 hours late departing. Horrible experience!

Plane was so old it had cigarette butt trays in the seat

I got upgraded, so comfort was not an issue. But as always, it is the people from baggage handlers, flight attendants, pilots etc. that make the difference.

Flight canceled due to weather. Rescheduled flight canceled due to maintenance. I’m stuck!

The original seat on the flight Toronto Newark had the floor flooded with coffee spilled, so they changed our seat to premium economy. For the flight from Newark to San Salvador we were i the last row, no reclinable seats and beside the toilet. I asked for headsets to the waitress and she gave it to.me test of all the passengers, while she was staying right behind me..

The lady who gave me my boarding pass for check in was extremely rude.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do.

Any flight that gets from point A to B with no drama is excellent.

Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Food choice is limited, entertainment better than average, seat leg room terrible

American Airlines canceled the flight twice and was unable to facilitate a change of city for us after our travel plans became affected. We lost alot of money due to this and it seems like the airline was trying their best not to facilitate this. Mind you, I am a very loyal member.

Our original flight was delayed and we almost missed our layover. Fortunately they delayed the second flight as well due to the number of people being on both flights so we got lucky. But it was due to mechanical issues which was frustrating.

Il y a eu 2 heures de retard, ce qui n' a pas permis de prendre la correspondance prévue. L'absence d'information claire et précise a entraîné des tergiversations avec les autres compagnies et a failli entraîner un retard encore plus conséquent. Seul un renseignement de l'aéroport de Francfort a permis de trouver une solution. Au final, c'est avec plus de 4 heures de retard ( 9h50 heure arrivée initiale, 13h50 arrivée finale) que notre fils et son ami sont arrivés. Cette différence s'expliquant uniquement par la responsabilité de la compagnie aérienne. Une indemnisation est-elle envisagée. Cordialement Mme Giraudo

Not sure about entertainment as I didn't use any, soay e there should be an NA option on this survey. Otherwise everything was just as it should be. Of course I wish planes were more comfortable and had seats that would tilt back further.

My flight was on the busiest day for travelling, a day before Thanksgiving. There was no delay, boarding started on time, and we arrived on time. Nowadays it is enough to give the highest rating. Thank you!

TheThe flight crew were amazing. ThThe food and drink choices were very limited.

I was hoping that the food would be a little bit more selection,, but I understand with the airlines what they are going through flight was excellent

Flight was a delayed a few minutes but nothing crazy, everything went extremely well

The flight attendants were rude. People sitting next to me agreed as well. Wifi wasn't to bad... it went into and out a few times.
