I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.

They shld improve and provide a lunch or dinner in an international leg
It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.
Too many boarding protocols. Never experienced with other international flights.
I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job
Crews are very rude and unhelpful. Cramped seats in economy. Foods are useless
The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.
Was unable to check in via app or website with supplied booking code (something to do with flight being operated by a partner airline, although the code didn’t work on the partner’s website either) Specified a vegetarian meal during booking, but that somehow wasn’t captured in airline’s system By the time flight crew got to my row, now vegetarian food was available. Had nothing to eat on flight from Philadelphia to Doha! Flight attendant was completely unconcerned and actively apathetic to the situation
Flight could have been better. Sandwiches provided in the meal were inedible. Service was pathetic
This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.
No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.
The crew was great but we sat in the plane for over an hour before takeoff combined with a 4 hour delay on our previous flight caused us to miss planned scheduled meetings in Geneva.
When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat
The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.
The food and how the aircraft landed was so smooth
Way better than EasyJet 😊seats more comfortable, staff quite nice. We were offered a free cup of water and a small snack, something EasyJet don’t offer. Departed on time and arrived ten minutes early. A pleasant experience
I was boarded a hour and half late and then sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before the flight took off. Many other passengers missed their connecting flight, I was lucky that my connecting flight was also delayed so I was able to make it to the next terminal and through security to board my flight to Copenhagen. It was very stressful traveling on an 10+ hour flight worrying that I was not going to make my connection.
Like everything except i got mad at the family sitting infront of us. But that is not BB's fault. BB and Iberia were excellent.
Excessive delay without proper communication. Mediocre for a BA flight.
Do not book through Kayak with connecting flights. You have to deal directly with airlines if there’s a problem. Our business class BA Flight was delayed 2.5 hours. This delay would have caused missing flight to Aman airport. We had booked business class and BA scheduled us on cattle class in last row on American. Even thou there were comfort seats available. Beware
