My flight got cancelled the night before suddenly. They rebooked only half my flights back. I couldn’t contact them for help and then I had to book a separate flight on my own to get to the new flight back that they had booked me on. In Flight services were great. But once the flight got cancelled I was left on my own. Same experience for a traveling partner going to a different destination

Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.
No entertainment system, but it is a short flight so that is not a big deal.
What a great flight that was. Leaving from the small London City Airport, which was easy and convenient to get to on public transport, The flight was slightly delayed, but no big deal. The crew was attentive and served the light sandwich meal, a snack and a soft drink with a smile. The seats were ok, but the same like other budget airlines. The onboard luggage allowance was good and way better and hassle free compared with budget airlines. Well done B.A. and keep the good work up 👍👏

Nice to London was delayed and missed flight London to Miami. Then missed flights Miami-Houston-Rapid City. BA ticket agents were great in getting me London-NY -Chicago-Rapid City. Flew into JFK and then taxi to LaGuardia. Spent night in LaGuardia Airport with little sleep on floor. Long trip.
Our flight was delayed and this caused us to miss our connecting flight. During the flight I noticed that BA had already rebooked us for a different flight the next day. Although technically we hadn’t missed our connecting flight yet! We were stuck in London overnight causing us to miss all subsequent plans we had (hotel already booked in NY and a flight home to Chgo)! This cost us over $400 in fees to change everything
After British Airways flying with Qatar was a breath of fresh air. All the little things that make a long haul flight awesome. Efficient, friendly, genuine. Amazing.
Crew could not even try to accommodate my food request. Phone Charging USB thing was not working.
Horrendous, the worst ever. I would not fly with them again
