Pros: "The service, comfort. Flight was 20 minutes early, our luggage came out quickly. This was the first flight for us on the dream airline in business. It was fantastic."

Pros: "Everything, I was upgraded to the upper cabin, crews are wonderfully friendly and warm."
Cons: "First aid kit, in case of sudden nose bleed caused by dry air. Other than that, perfect!"

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled and we were not notified by justfly. Just fly also accepted the flights on our behalf so it mean we couldn't chose the new flights"

Cons: "1. The entertainment system had good choice, but screen resolution wasn't as good as recent flights with Lufthansa, SIA, Malaysia Airlines and AirNZ 2. Nowhere near enough toilets in the middle of the cabin, had to queue over 20 minutes 3. The announcement said water refill stations - where?"

Cons: "Crew was extremely noisy and not mindful of most of the cabin sleeping. Speaking loudly, joking with one another. Very unprofessional. In some instances woke people up (in economy) and made them put their seat up because someone behind them wanted to eat at 23:20. Not friendly either."

Pros: "The legroom my seat had - It was near the exit and didn't have a seat in front of it. The flight was only half full which meant room for everyone to spread out."
Cons: "There was hardly any service. The flight left at 9:30pm. We were served dinner an hour later and given a bottled water. Then we never saw any of the attendants until 10 hours later. I had to hunt someone down in order to get some more water."

Cons: "Appreciated ability to switch to a bulkhead seat for more legroom. Bathrooms were clean at all times despite long flight. Deplaning was easy and fast enough. Overall a good experience."

Cons: "The USB charger, the whole entertainment, anything on the remote including light control and bell, stopped working! I wasn't given enough attention, i had to chase the crew a few times, it was a 14 hour flight with nothing working, miserable experience. I was offered a window seat, which i hate, without considering to give me an upgrade. I was given 5,000 Qantas points, i don't know if they can be moved to my AVIOS."

Cons: "American airlines dont know what passengers need to enter a country and then rebooked me on new zealand air but quantos changed that and i dont know where my bags are. Does the insurance i bought cover any if not all of these inconveniences."

Pros: "The Qantas lounge in Singapore is very nice. Nothing special relative to some others like Cathay, but lots of showers and good food are the key for a stopover, and the Qantas Lounge has that. The meal options are better out of Singapore than coming in to Singapore, The "order ahead" breakfast concept, where you place your order for breakfast when you board has it pros and cons. The personal service is nice, but one needs to know almost 12 hours ahead of time what they feel like eating. Overall a positive, but for me, it's hard for me to anticipate my appetite. It was my first A380 flight (together with the Sydney - Singapore leg), and overall I was disappointed relative to the Dreamliner. Yet it stands out as a positive the way that Qantas has configured business class on the upper deck. It's quite peaceful."
Cons: "Mostly an issue with security, two separate very long lines. The lines are marked priority and economy, but those are not adhered to. The seats in business class are not very comfortable. I feel like I had more comfortable seats 15 years ago on BA, and the world has come a long way since then. The planned upgrades are sorely needed."

Pros: "Cabin crew were helpful and updated us on connections in Melbourne (although they wouldn't have needed to do this if the flight hadn't have left late)."
Cons: "Flight was late and this was significant as I had a tight connection in Melbourne. There did not seem to be a good reason it was late as the aircraft was already at Launceston. They just towed it to the gate late! No announcements were made as to the lateness of the flight until the departure time had actually passed."

Cons: "Flight was canceled after 8 hours of Rebooked flight included an additonal stop, as well as overnight layover. Qantas made no attempt to give have better flights or offer any vouchers for the trouble (they provided the bare minimum of hotel, but no additional perks)."

Pros: "The way your seats reclined: back/head your typical recline but add your seats bottom sliding forward. Best sleep I have ever had while in International economy. Sadly our plane to Australia from Los Angeles did not have the same seats. Entertainment selection excellent ! Great line up of brand new and older movies. I was able to use my noise cancelling headphones in your jack which was a big plus."
Cons: "Paying an extra $30-35 just to choose a seat. Enjoyed sitting in the back of the plane however meal selection was terrible as the front of the plane always fed first so by the one it was our turn there was only one option - terrible “southern chicken” Or the Greek Inlet Which was just ok."

Cons: "It was just TOO COLD! I had the sniffles for four days after arriving. The reclining seat didn't have much lumbar support."

Cons: "For flying business the food was awful; the person sitting next to me actually sent his meal back it was so bad. They had a relatively pedestrian menu, but were unable to deliver. The steak was overcooked and grey throughout, prawn starter was tasteless and bland, and panna cotta was overly sweet and weirdly goopy. The dinner options were so uninspiring that I skipped. I understand that it's airline food - but don't offer it if you can't at least make it slightly acceptable.... The staff was a bit all over the place and slow - it seems like having the flight at capacity was too much for them to handle. The sets in business are really starting to show their age and need a really need a steam clean."

Cons: "Entertainment system was stuck and stay stuck on kids program and system had no way to get back to main entry point. Software programmers had either failed to put in a "home" icon / link on the Kids home page. Also, turning system off, and leaving it off for 3+ minutes did not do so either; this likely a failure of software designers to specific such or system itself not functioning per design."

Pros: "I liked the fact that there was a water refilling station so I could get water when I needed/wanted it. The people were friendly and there were lots of times when the lights remained off so that people could sleep. There weren't a lot of interruptions during the flight so people could rest or do what they wanted! I also like that Quantas is associated with American so I got a ton of miles!"
Cons: "My seat wouldn't stay upright so any movement made it go back, which was fine for resting but when eating or sitting up, I kept falling back. Luckily the person behind me was understanding."

Pros: "Great selection of movies, i liked that the economy cabin at the back of the top floor of the a380 was more personal than a larger economy cabin. Crew were happy to serve me drinks throughout the flight after the halfway point when i started drinking"

Cons: "I had a flight Auckland-London, booked through Emirates but operated by Qantas. The flight got to London with a delay of 2 hours 20 min, because they made us wait 2 hours 20 min more than planned in Dubai, where incidentally all the other Emirates flights had no delay, only our Qantas one. This made me lose my next flight (to Luxembourg) and have to pay for a new flight and stay that night in London. Since I had booked them separately, no one helped or offered any compensation."

Pros: "First time I flew Qantas and it was a flight from Melb- Dubai and then Dubai - London. I sat in row 62 and the food three times the food selection had run out the fruits and beef curry. I wasn't able to check in online which was quite annoying. The crew from Melb-Dubai were fantastic. So friendly and talkative and I think one was called Jordan."

Cons: "Do you really need to be provided with a meal at 11pm just after departure? A decent snack pack would be a better get, and allow people to get to sleep."

Pros: "The flight was smooth, crew accommodating, and amenities were great. I thought the flight would seem like forever but it didn't."

Pros: "The overall fought was great. The crew was amazing, especially since they had been up since at least midnight to get everything ready for us. They were cheerful and extremely kind."
Cons: "The only reason the food is not ranked lower is the great wrap we had when we boarded. But, the breakfast was just awful. To be fair, I have never had breakfast on a plane that I have enjoyed. But, word to the wise, skip the eggs and always go for the fruit!"
