Cons: Since i checked in, the crew were makingproblems out of everything. I had to pass kilos of my belongings from bag to another three times, which was incredibly tedious and annoying. They also made me throw out things that were of small quantities But in bottles of over 100ml. And that were not liquid. Then in the plane, I asked if I could buy some of ghe hot food that was being distributed. The attendant seemed to say no, or, she would comeback later, which she didnt. So when I realized this, I asked again. It was a long flight and I was very hungry. But of course, all the hot food had now been eaten. So forlunch I had to buy expensive commercial ramen. The crew were so narrow minded. That is never good when dealing with customers. I will never be taking Air Asia in the future. Id rather pay more for better service, decent food, and a logical limit for the baggage.

Cons: Crowded seats, no entertainment and no provided food or beverages for a 7 hour flight. Air asia does not care about your comfort, they just want your money.

Pros: The service was pretty good.

Cons: Very little legroom. All drinks and food are paid-only and expensive. The food wasn't that good either.

Cons: Boarding on time so I didn’t have to loose the connection flight and had to stay at a hotel an hour away from kuala lumpur to barely sleep to catch a plane to auckland next day that arrives late so i cant take the ferry home.

Cons: There were no vegan options available. I think that was my fault though because I did not set one up in advance. Would be nice if they offered one anyhow.

Pros: Service was outstanding and i rate them high her than Singapore airlines! Amazing crew who provide regular service With a smile and provide extras ! I cannot speak highly enough of this Arline. They just ooze class!

Pros: Everything but mostly the leg room. Not sure if it's due to the airline type (Dream-liner) or just the seating arrangement but makes for a very comfortable long haul flight. Excellent wide screen entertainment system, not like the majority of aircraft with undersized and poor screen quality. And unlike previous comments, actually enjoyed the fact I had to disembark at Dubai on flight from Brunei to London allowing us all a chance to stretch our legs, go to the toilet and get a good cup of coffee.

Cons: I didn't realize I was assigned middle seats for.both legs of my long 20 hour trip. It would have been nice if the person checking me in would have considered assigning me a different seat on at least one of the legs. It was fine just not amazing.

Cons: Philippines Airlines has two things it could improve on: one is the food, which is probably the worst of any airline I’ve flown on in recent years. But the thing that is most problematic is that it is not a member of any alliance. I live in Manila, but only for a year or two, so would be nice for those miles to be transferable. If PAL didn’t have the only direct flight from Manila to LAX, I would avoid the airline altogether for long international flights.

There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines

Pros: I fly about 50 times a year and this trip by far has been my worst flight. The service is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent.

Cons: We were not offered any drinks or food (on a fairly long flight) on over a six hour flight, so obviously I didn't like the service. I doubt I will ever fly on this airline again!

Pros: Surprisingly they had a check in at the regular terminals (normally low cost carriers are at terminal 3, which you need to take a bus or walk to). The boarding was smooth and efficient though a bus gate.

Cons: Food came out our maybe 4 hours into the flight. No entertainment of course. The seats were very small and cramped. Not sure how a bigger person would do but I was in the middle seat and rubbing shoulders with both people. We also flew into Don mueang airport at Bangkok which had extraordinarily slow and long immigration lines. Spent an extra 90 minutes there. Overall a rough trip and the LCC was just part of it.

Pros: Cheap price and we had the row to ourselves. The flight was very smooth and quiet. All in all not a bad way to travel on a budget

Cons: My flight from Bangkok to Osaka was delayed 1hr, the agency provided me 2 total hours prior between flights however it also required I re-check in (Thai Air Asia to Air Asia X). This resulted in me having to go through immigration and customs merely to go to the departure counter and check in. I missed my flight from Osaka to Honolulu and am stranded for 24hrs until their next flight.

Pros: The flight was a great value for the price and the staff was amazing and attentive.

Cons: The vegetarian meals were pretty bad and I felt like the entertainment selection wasn’t great.

Cons: The cabin temperature was a bit too warm, I sweated a bit during mid flight from the heat.

Pros: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.
