Cheap Flights from Brisbane to Bangkok

Pros: The flight was smooth. Without turbulence and landed early.

Cons: Since i checked in, the crew were makingproblems out of everything. I had to pass kilos of my belongings from bag to another three times, which was incredibly tedious and annoying. They also made me throw out things that were of small quantities But in bottles of over 100ml. And that were not liquid. Then in the plane, I asked if I could buy some of ghe hot food that was being distributed. The attendant seemed to say no, or, she would comeback later, which she didnt. So when I realized this, I asked again. It was a long flight and I was very hungry. But of course, all the hot food had now been eaten. So forlunch I had to buy expensive commercial ramen. The crew were so narrow minded. That is never good when dealing with customers. I will never be taking Air Asia in the future. Id rather pay more for better service, decent food, and a logical limit for the baggage.

Pros: The service was pretty good.

Cons: Very little legroom. All drinks and food are paid-only and expensive. The food wasn't that good either.

Pros: I fly about 50 times a year and this trip by far has been my worst flight. The service is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent.

Cons: Everything from the second I checked in was terrible. I cannot find one thing I was happy with.

Cons: Food is an extra cost, they even charge for water, this is a basic need, especially in hot climates!!! no entertainment and no facilities to charge electronics. Very basic airline

Pros: The crew were very good and attentive.

Cons: Although the film choice was ok, the more recent releases were absent. The cabin was uncomfortable with too much chilly air being circulated. Blanket over the shoulders was the order of the day.

Cons: Dont know why I can not choose seat, it automatically give me a seat next to exit and in the middle, I cannot change it.

Pros: Everything but mostly the leg room. Not sure if it's due to the airline type (Dream-liner) or just the seating arrangement but makes for a very comfortable long haul flight. Excellent wide screen entertainment system, not like the majority of aircraft with undersized and poor screen quality. And unlike previous comments, actually enjoyed the fact I had to disembark at Dubai on flight from Brunei to London allowing us all a chance to stretch our legs, go to the toilet and get a good cup of coffee.

Pros: The Malaysia Airlines crew hospitality is world wide known and I experienced it myself during this flight

Cons: I sit in 2K of A350-900. Though it is known as a throne seat, there is an error on the installation of this seat. The foot rest that comes up and supposedly joined with the ottoman to make up the flat bed is too long so this seat never can actually go to full 180 degree mode.

Pros: The crew was excellent, however I had a very serious problem upon checking in as I DISCOVERED AM NOT ALLOWED A SINGLE KG OF LUGGAGE.THE AIRLINE ASKED ME TO INFORM THE AGENT WHO DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN I WAS BUYING THE TICKET.THAT HAS COST ME A LOT OF ANXIETY AND BIG$$

Cons: TICKETS ON SALE THAT HAS NOT LUGGAGE MUST BE CLEARLY STATED THAT NO LUGGAGE ALLOWED

Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours without advance notice. For a 4:30 am flight. Passengers were already at the airport around 2am. Only to depart at 6am. No sleep. No food and very uncomfortable. Would be better to give heads up ahead of time

Cons: The flight from Cairns to JFK that I originally purchased was supposed to be 7 hours of travel time less than what I actually ended up with. The airline changed my flights 4 times after originally booking.

Pros: Had 3 seats to myself as plane wasn’t full.

Cons: Long walk from connecting flights at LAX and incorrect gate number on schedule, necessitating even more walking. Exhausting before even getting on plane.

Pros: I slept for 12 of the 15 hours so? Food was good!

Pros: I like the fact that qantas boards the passengers in the back and works their way forward! Ive seen airlines do the opposite and it takes forever and very inefficient. So good job qantas. Much appreciated.

Pros: LOVED the cup of Ramen anytime snack and curved utensils for eating on a moving plane, genius! Service and quality of product is great. If possible, I will always Choose Cathay Pacific airlines over any US Legacy Airlines to Asia any day!

Cons: Stop shrinking the check-in luggage size and allowable weight every few years. It's a nuisance to have to buy new luggage every few years when perfectly working luggage has to be thrown away because of size requirement shrinkage.

Cons: Entertainment Systems are old, low-resolution and difficult to view & operate compared to, say, A380 aircraft. Some did not work. Seats were cramped. One recliner was broken. Cabin crew smiled less. African legs should not have lower quality of equipment and service than other legs.

Cons: We had extra baggage, which I tried to pay online multiple times but the Virgin website kept indicating they are having problems. When we arrived at the airport the charged us basically twice (for extra bags) what we would have paid had they not rigged their website to make extra money.

Cons: My flight from Bangkok to Osaka was delayed 1hr, the agency provided me 2 total hours prior between flights however it also required I re-check in (Thai Air Asia to Air Asia X). This resulted in me having to go through immigration and customs merely to go to the departure counter and check in. I missed my flight from Osaka to Honolulu and am stranded for 24hrs until their next flight.

Cons: Food came out our maybe 4 hours into the flight. No entertainment of course. The seats were very small and cramped. Not sure how a bigger person would do but I was in the middle seat and rubbing shoulders with both people. We also flew into Don mueang airport at Bangkok which had extraordinarily slow and long immigration lines. Spent an extra 90 minutes there. Overall a rough trip and the LCC was just part of it.

Cons: A 320 necessarily lowers the quality compared with dreamliner eg access to toilets and aisle width and entertainment system at manila the`woman at checkout spoke very poor english so had to repeat several times... and she expressed doubt about any seat vacant as`i was late in the queue.. she resolved this by passing me to her supervisor no other problems

Cons: Worst was slow moving line at Melbourne. Not enough check ins. Missed the tail and fuselage cameras on 780 and 750. Seat covers look cheap and worn. Coffee and orange flavour not best. Screens not best eg Cathay and Qatar. Women cabin crew good to dress islamic but too restrictive. No t easy th o hear captain messages. Seat design only average. Bandar airport ver y beautiful but need better restaurant.
