Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

Pros: "The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable."
Cons: "Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left."

Cons: "Check in line took an hour. 3 clerks to process 3 hundred Economy passengers. Same problem at the other end. 3 Customs agents to process Hundreds of arriving passengers. These super jumbos overload the support systems at both ends. Economy seats are very close pitch and A/C is cranked up to high. Bring a thick coat."

Pros: "Prior flight from Zagreb to Munich was delayed 1 hour due to inclement weather - not the airline's fault. However although I made my connecting flight, my suitcase didn't. I'm writing this the next day & waiting for my suitcase to be delivered."
Cons: "There was no announcement about the delay & the reason why. We found out by reading the board. The passengers found out from each other what caused the delay. Passengers would experience less anxiety if they were informed what's going on."

Cons: "Security in Frankfurt was overwhelmed, so we were transferred to a set of security gates which is very far from the A gates. Had to take 2 slow elevators (no escalators!), go through the underground walkway connecting B and A sections and finally walk to one of the outermost gates to board. We were bused; our bus waited next to the plane for quite a long time full of people and without AC. It was a very unpleasant experience."

Pros: "In this day of continuous service cutbacks Lufthansa has managed to keep amenities that make long flights bearable. The boarding was early and efficient. Meals were decent and plentiful. Hot hand wipes were provided. Hundreds of video entertainment options and fairly friendly English speaking flight attendants. I recommend paying the small upcharge to choose seats with extra legroom. totally worth it on the long haul"

Cons: "Staff didn't ask a lady next to me to sit properly whilst she was almost laying with her shoes very near to my seat. I had to be careful not to clean her shoe soles with my clothes. Also, after arrival to Birmingham there was an unnecessary crowd created by releasing people from busses from 2 different flights simultanously."

Pros: "On time, punctual and efficient. Just what I would expect from Lufthansa."
Cons: "This was a 747, but in economy they've configured it with newer 10 across rows like they do on the new Dreamliner, which I hate. These new seats are much narrower in width (not ideal, but fair enough, the airline wants to maximise capacity) and much harder to sit on for a long haul flight (much less ideal, after a couple hours, the seats were just plain uncomfortable, by the end of the flight really unbearable). The food (pasta) was not particularly good and not to the usual standard I expected for Lufthansa. Staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. To be honest, I've had better flights in terms of comfort on the likes of Ryanair and Thomas Cook."

Cons: "Boarding and take off was very delayed for a flurry ,this delayed my connection and made my total trip awful.i was traveling with a kid but still given last seat .Food was okay and crew was helpful. After having travelled to US lot of time I felt this trip was very tiring and frustrating."

Not true! The main courses both had cheese in them and the snack was awful! Some kind of chicken (? could have fooled me), in a tough dough. UGH! Couldn't figure out what was in it."

Pros: "Over the length of the 9.5 hour flight, my time in the Economy class was that the crew were professional, courteous and especially helpful. There is a magnitude of difference between the attitude and professionalism of this airline over any American airline I have flown. In the future, Lufthansa will be my first consideration."
