Cons: "Inadequate frequency and quality of service by flight attendants, mediocre food, small portions at dinner service, poor responsiveness of seat controls, incredibly poor resolution and small sized video screen in business class. Nothing but candy and pretzels available for snacks between the long time between meal services. No separate jetway for first and business class passengers. Several hour delayed takeoff after boarding due to multiple maintenance issues and equipment failures."

Cons: "Service in the lounge should be improved and there is no clear direction of which gate ie Gate 10A / C / E etc when boarding . Had to check a few times to ensure it’s the right gate"

Pros: "There was a lot of carry on luggage on this flight, like the one from Denver to Heathrow, but it was handled in a much better manner. We were invited to board early if we check in our carry on luggage. During the boarding process the crew gave continious reminders to place items under the seat which fit there, This lead to a very smooth boarding process."
Cons: "No basic drinks and snacks were offered. Of cousrse, meal type foods cost money, but it should be possible to provide something to drink on or snack."
Cons: "One of the worst experience I’ve had, if not the worst. Lack of communication between flight attendants at gate was the main reason for missing our flight, after 2 delays from the previous flight. When we got to the gate they closed it at that moment, earlier than it should have. A Mr. Fenney, person in charge at the gate, didn’t help much. Just went through the motion and as slow as possible trying to help us. It seemed he just wanted to pretend he was helping us. Worse was his attitude when telling is the gate has already closed, didn’t do anything to help us, nothing at all. We had to literally get information out of him. We then went to customer service were the same thing happened, a lack of care that we missed our flight due to things out of our control. Even to the point where the agent told us “be sure to be there on time this time”, like if it was our fault we missed it (we told her the details of our situation). Till this point they don’t seem to care. They left about 15 people, that i know of, hanging. If they had better comunication between gates and waited a miserably 5 more minutes (although they closed the gate earlier then they should have) everyone would have made it. Throughout the whole process we noticed that american airlines employees did not care that many on that first flight had connection flights. They were just going through the motion, slowly while all of us were a bit desperate knowing that the layover time was going to be very close."

Cons: "My suitcase didn't arrive at the airport in Bologna with my flight. I am still waiting for it and inside I have all I need."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. It was also held back with us on the plane. We were not even offered water or anything while we waited. It ended up being 1.5 hours delayed plus a 3 hour flight with no food. You could purchase snacks and drinks, including water. I learned my lesson to buy before going on the plane next time."
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that one has to pay for any refreshments on the flight, even for coffee, juice, or soda. When I asked for water, the flight attendant assumed that I wanted to pay for bottled water; I had to specify that I wanted regular water."

Stretching over me to pass food etc to passenger sitting facing other direction, and literally millimetres from my face, without any politeness having to do it. Configuration gives no privacy as you look at the passenger next to you. Functions of chair did not work. Pillow was thinner Than a piece of paper. Crew showed no concern."

Cons: "London Heathrow security from my incoming international flight to my connecting flight was hostile, confrontational, and bewildering. Layout of terminal is ridiculous, with far too many chokepoints for foot traffic, far too many people, too few public seating options. Felt like a prison."

Cons: "The business class seats wasted so much space by not creating a compartment. I sat rear facing, next to the window, and had no place to really access compartments which could have been next to the seat--instead it just drops off. Moreover, in flight, if you were sleeping and someone wanted to get out of their area, they would literally have to step over your legs. Who in the world designed this? Please ride AA's herring bone business class makeup, and see what a real business class cabin looks like."
