Cons: vegetarian meal was a small side salad and soggy. this over lunchtime so was a disgrace for business class

Cons: Their online baggage fees could not be purchased with either my Mastercard or Visa. Had to resort to Paypal for baggage payment. Flight was also over an hour late departing from Cairns. Crew said that was due to an ;onboard medical emergency' on the inbound flight.
Cons: No free checked bags. No free drinks - not even water. Limited weight for carryon bags. Choosing a seat costs extra money.
Cons: The flight left late. It just made it to landing in Sydney before an electrical storm shut down the airport. If the flight had left on Tim e it would have made it to Sydney before the shut down. We spent 3 hours in the plane on the Sydney tarmac.

Cons: The queue at the Queenstown airport was an hour long to be processed. Many more people were behind us and an agent at the counter left with many standing in the queue behind. Too long of s wait!
